The members have always look up to Irene as their "unnie", "leader", and "mother" and there is always that respect and love for her but it's so rare for the other 3 to treat her like a baby and her "baby" side comes out mostly when she's with Wendy. I guess baechu just wants someone to also take care/ baby her the same way she does for the members.
