Oh no. That's a great shame about the bracelet. If you add clips and charms it should cover it at least. I think it can happen in the post unfortunately. I've had bracelets sent from the Pandora estore that have arrived like that or worse. I love your Open Bangle. We didn't get the silver ends one in Australia. We only got the shine and rose. Very happy for you. I love my shine size ones. The size 2 I have to really fill like on my club charm TH-cam video. Unfortunately they can get fairly heavy doing that. I can understand why Pandora says not to wear the large O Pendant on the beaded necklace. It would be way too heavy. I only wear my small one on mine. So happy you could find one. I nearly didn't buy mine because my essence beaded necklace likes to kink between the beads. I was worried this one would but I haven't had the same problem with it. Take care. 🥰
