I think there’s a difference with the question “Is it worth playing” if you’re going to be playing the game solo or if you’re gonna be playing it with friends. If you’re playing the game solo especially as a new player you’re probably gonna want to not play the game anymore after a while of playing because you’ll most likely just be constantly killed, especially with all of the gangs in the game. It’s a bit more enjoyable if you’re relatively good at the game but still can be a struggle. But if you start playing the game with friends it can be a lot funner than just going into the game solo, the reason I even got into crim was because I was always just messing around in crim with my friends, and it eventually got me into even playing solo. I can still play solo but still don’t find it as enjoyable as playing it with friends, and you’re not really obligated to follow the “kill people and gain xp” rule as much aswell, at least in my experience. The community is a little overhated aswell, i’ve met a lot of nice people through this community and I think people don’t realize that it’s not just toxic people in the community.

I've been playing this game since 2021. In my opinion the community has a higher level of toxicity than it did back then. My reasoning is that this game was pay-2-play back then, making it a closed community. When RVVZ made the game f2p, This allowed for all different types of people to flow into the game until it eventually reached "that" crowd. While it was still paid access, there definitely WAS a lot of beef in the community but at the same time the game had more soul and melees were the meta at the time. Back then, if you had decent reaction time and/or had prior melee combat experience, then you were set. That doesn't mean that guns weren't used as frequently, if you had the money to afford it you could buy yourself an M4 at the steep price of $4,500 or an AKS-74u for $3,750. Now guns are a LOT more cheaper and more affordable now that you don't drop a good chunk of your cash upon death. This is why being solo in Criminality is harder because instead of running away from some gang who have a bunch of melees, you're dealing with gangs who are kitted up with AK's, M4's and pistols such as the Deagle or Magnum who can just shoot you from across the map because one of them has their screen resolution set to 144p playing on stretch res. Another annoying part of the community is that there are literal newgens who joined after paid access and rose to over level 100. That is fucking insane. I've been in the community longer and I'm only level 77. This is what I mean by when the game reached "that" crowd. It's motherfuckers who play the game like they'll die if they stop that ruin it. Imagine waking up every morning and thinking "Hmm, today I will go on a mass killing spree on Criminality (ROBLOX)." I play Criminality on occasion now as I moved onto other games such as GMOD and RDR2. Verdict? The game isn't worth playing unless you've got teammates who can cover your back.
the game was def more toxic back in late 2020-early 2021, like a lot of the time people would chat or say something dumb and annoying when they killed you but now a lot of people dont really care since the game is way more fast pace and quick since literally EVERYONE KILLS EVERYONE now, so being toxic isnt rlly a thing (at least in standard). the game has just changed a lot overall and plays way differently then it did back then, as there is almost no gangs in standard mode when they were so many back then. the game is just so much harder now, and everyone is just cracked out of their mind now for some reason, which makes the game overall a lot harder. there will be people sniping me across the map with a glock and i dont even know how they do that. theres pretty much only solos-duos in standard making it a lot harder to just get around without getting shot, like before you could just wlak past someone but now you will not unless you want a fight its just rk central now as there is less gangs. but overall the game is just a lot different and harder than it used to be, which isnt that bad of a thing, you can still have fun its just there is a lot more hinderances, and i feel that new players will struggle even more.

Criminality is worth playing ONLY if you are a fully new player. If you play since 1.2 like me you understand why this game feels dry even with new updates.
Honestly the only thing that i want to change, is the gun prices to how it was before, and maybe revert the hitboxes or atleast improve them. The game doesnt make any sense, or feels fun, with some guns being cheaper than good melees. Its basically an arcade shooter at this point, and it kinda ruined the game.
The only good thing about criminality is infection and the casual gamemoces which are fun because the gangs in casual let you in and infected is just infected game in crim

For those who play solo unless you are really into the game and wanna try just don't do it. Its a waste of your time and by the time you get to standard f2p your done with all the killing and repetetivnes of the game. If you just buy PRIME you are done for, the recoil is abnormal compared to other games so you have to get used to it and your gear is nothing compared to rank 100s going around with AKs and annihilating everyone. and your just going to get repeatedly killed by high ranks so I suggest learning things in casual(leading back to my first complaint about the game). In my opinion on the front cover this game was interesting but unless your ready to spend hours on end and months till you can hold your own in combat and have good instinct and aim its really not worth it. Also new games like blackout and Havoc are coming so just go play those.
I've been playing since December 2020, and I've got to say, no, it's not worth playing. At least not anymore in it's current state, and for damn sure not solo either. Peak Criminality was around 1.1-1.2. After 1.3 came out, the game started going downhill and became extremely stale. All of my friends from 1.1 and 1.2 quit after 1.3, leaving just me to solo, which is no fun at all. And it's hard to make friends due to everyone being toxic and sweaty now.
You forgot to talk about the major aspect of combat; Everyone that is insanely good with managing recoil it's because of the FPS performance, and while it isn't something entirely biased it locks away much of the difficulty the game could offer to the rest of the playerbase being that Roblox is a platform with free games, Crim being one of them, accquiring a certain amount of people from a background where they can't afford a good PC/Device to counter their lack of "Gunplay" by just downloading an FPS Unlocker. I have seen people capable of streaming guys from accross the map, and you can't tell if they are either Hacking or just have an FPS Unlocker.
Playing solo is hell because you get third partied or get fucked by a group of people or a gang but playing with friend can be fun, the RCU event was the time that the devs actually cared for the game.
Criminality worth playing? Really not actually. People would argue that you find a gang ofc but the thing is that its hard when everyone is against you and before you could say anything they kill you. Also, we are trying to play a game alone to kill time sometimes and crim isn’t the case. You cannot play it without stumbling across some crazed red neck with a shovel trying to carve you like a watermelon every 3 seconds.
What makes me mad is how RVVZ promised us the rake content update back in early 2022, and still havent delivered it! Clearly, hes busy with criminality..
Criminality is not worth playing in my opinion, both of the times I tried the game, in paid (RIP robux) and in unpaid, I got hit by gangs of players with M4A1s, while I'm just trying to loot to get enough money to get weapons to start having fun, even when there aren't gangs there are still other people who slow down the looting process, and the start of the game is just loot until you get enough money to kit yourself out to deal with these people, which is boring as hell.

In other streets games, like the hood, the mechanics aren't as sweaty, and there are some role-playing elements. Crim is good if you want to fuck shit up, but other than that there's no point. The community part just solely drives me away, It doesn't really matter If I get told like- "Oh hey the game Is better." or "Discord servers can lend you a hand-" No.. 0:52 "Scyth_ed" (me) has been blacklisted on 3 different accounts and since, that account has been blocked from being able to view the majority of channels in the main server. If you're a new player to Criminality be aware that although their staff team, although they are very good at their jobs and effective at what they do are also very biased. So, if like me, you become banned on an account for exploiting or any other reason you will most likely not get your account unbanned even if you open a appeal ticket in their support server, for whatever reason or maybe they are instructed to the Criminality staff team will not actually assist you with your appeal and instead just close it. Note that I enjoy Criminality and believe that it is a well made game however once the staff team have made up their mind that you're breaking the rules they are not going to or will rarely change their opinion based off the one-sided 'evidence' provided to them.

Criminality worth playing? Really not actually. People would argue that you find a gang ofc but the thing is that its hard when everyone is against you and before you could say anything they kill you. Also, we are trying to play a game alone to kill time sometimes and crim isn’t the case. You cannot play it without stumbling across some crazed red neck with a shovel trying to carve you like a watermelon every 3 seconds.
What makes me mad is how RVVZ promised us the rake content update back in early 2022, and still havent delivered it! Clearly, hes busy with criminality..

Criminality is not worth playing in my opinion, both of the times I tried the game, in paid (RIP robux) and in unpaid, I got hit by gangs of players with M4A1s, while I'm just trying to loot to get enough money to get weapons to start having fun, even when there aren't gangs there are still other people who slow down the looting process, and the start of the game is just loot until you get enough money to kit yourself out to deal with these people, which is boring as hell.

One thing I would like to add, BLACKOUT has been on the hype train for too long, it's been taking ages while the game is more complete in the "polishing it" state than Criminality is RIGHT NOW, insane how Silver keeps milking the hype.
He is NOT milking anything he Just has high standards for What he considers a finished game because he wants it to live up to everyone's expectations

blackout was amazing then it went downhill with the unrealistic updates such as railguns, photon blades and such, launch day was amazing though

In other streets games, like the hood, the mechanics aren't as sweaty, and there are some role-playing elements. Crim is good if you want to fuck shit up, but other than that there's no point. You can't even really make friends. Try walking up to someone, and you'll just get absolutely destroyed

The community part just solely drives me away, It doesn't really matter If I get told like- "Oh hey the game Is better." or "Discord servers can lend you a hand-" No.. Half the time I try to play, It's- to me always filled with people who.. Legit try-hard on the game, or are toxic.. Or people that wear certain outfits with- Well you can guess, "Funny armbands" as my friend calls It. And It drives me away.
Even my friend was very upset at me, when I forever left the game! It's just bad, and now hearing BlueTunes talk about poor comms with dev's, the reports not being worked on.. Just- I think It's best and like I've already stated. I should just stay away, the game as a hole, the game has a good concept don't get me wrong. It's just done very boringly and just- bland.. It's a simple cycle of Get money, Get kit, Get kills with kit, and then die. And then repeat.
Hell when I saw the skins stuff, and saw how they legit modeled the crates based off CSGO. I just told my friend, and myself. "This game, needs to legit die." and I forever think that, and only play just- games I enjoy. Since 80% of the time I used to play crim, not at the start though.. I just forced myself to play It, and It legit got to me mentally.
So yea, that's- how feel, and think of the game.

criminality as a game is good but when blackout comes out or even havoc the game will sufer a lot or even die but i dont think it will die UNLESS the devs work hard on actually content updates instead of s k i n c r a t e s
0:52 "Scyth_ed" (me) has been blacklisted on 3 different accounts and since, that account has been blocked from being able to view the majority of channels in the main server. If you're a new player to Criminality be aware that although their staff team, although they are very good at their jobs and effective at what they do are also very biased. So, if like me, you become banned on an account for exploiting or any other reason you will most likely not get your account unbanned even if you open a appeal ticket in their support server, for whatever reason or maybe they are instructed to the Criminality staff team will not actually assist you with your appeal and instead just close it.
Note that I enjoy Criminality and believe that it is a well made game however once the staff team have made up their mind that you're breaking the rules they are not going to or will rarely change their opinion based off the one-sided 'evidence' provided to them.
answer: Yes but it's a dogshit game with so many issues (50% of the issues being developer related, other 50% being a result of the community)
