The child has a full set of teeth, can feed itself and walk no need to nurse. 2nd it looks like ur baby has been bitten by an insect of some kind or has an allergy to someone. No chicken pox cause they blister up. I didn't see any blisters. You definitely need to take it to the doctor though. Good luck
