One of the biggest tracks of 2018 is finally set for an official release.
Anyone who has followed the DJ sets of Adam Beyer or Dutch ally Bart Skils, would be familiar with the stirring vocal and thundering impact of ‘Your Mind’. While the track begun as a tool, the reactions when tested out were so momentous they decided to turn it into a full track. Together they teamed up to add more percussion, snares and a rolling acid line to complete its transformation. The result? One of 2018’s most powerful techno weapons highlighting Time Warp, Awakenings and Ultra Music Festival, to name just a few.

Strangely this is a "cover" (if you can call it that) of a 1972 song called Vitamin C by german band CAN. It's actually kind of surreal hearing that one after this and realising how ahead of its time it was.

People who say stuff like this probably stopped listening for a while. Good music never left, new classics are born every day. Can't have everything sounding the same as it did 30-40 years ago just for the sake of preservation, especially since the music production process has changed for the better.

An absolutely mental track that, if allowed by the listener, will transport one into a deeper state of thought. A feat not easily achieved by any creator of music. This is an instant classic and a bench mark in EDM!
Very well explained man ! You didnt lost your mind haha ;-) The choice of sounds and arrangement, reverb and delay on her vocal is exellently crafted. Very loud mastered too ^^ Not so easy to do. Im mastering my own tracks and after almost 6 years of producing im still learning a lot every day ^^

I was doing 2cb at a friend's house for a going away party, and I'd done 2cb and many other psychedelic drugs before hand so thought nothing of it, took it anyway and everything was going great for a while, everyone on a good buzz, the whole house was breathing, wallpaper melting into the floor very strong visuals, then all of a sudden I was in the kitchen and this song came on and it was fuckin so loud I genuinely thought I was losing my mind, so I instantly thought "just walk home" for some reason but it seemed like a good idea, bear in mind I lived about 45 mins walk from my friends house, so I hastily grabbed my smokes and just walked straight out the front door and began to walk home, it was a straight walk all the way home and still managed to get lost multiple times, felt like I was on a conveyer belt like I wasn't even walking, I was completely out of my mind, eventually after what felt like an eternity I made it home, lay on my bed for 5 mins and ordered a taxi straight back down to the house where we happily sniffed ket out the back garden in a tent till the next day. Moral of the story is...I have no idea.
