How I Clean My Running Shoes

Hey Everyone! So here's a video where I walk you through my process for cleaning/washing my running shoes. I'll throw a final disclaimer here, I don't know if this will ruin or shoes somehow, but I have done it twice and had success. So check out how I cleaned up my Saucony Endorphin Speeds (350+ miles) and the Hoka One One Clifton Edges (around 130 miles).

You can also stuff the shoes with crumpled up newspaper to absorb the moisture faster, leaving them in for 30 mins does most of the drying in my experience and then you can just leave them out to air dry for a few more hours

The new Dawn Powerwash spray works better than anything i have ever tried.Just spray on let soak for 5 mins then scrub with an old toothbrush.Then rinse and air dry.

no problemo! I need to make an updated cleaning video. Cuz honestly I only do this when a "retire" a shoe from running and want to wear it casually / at the gym. It's just a lot of work lol.

Nice! Yeah, This isn’t really like a routine cleaning, more like that once every couple of weeks or like once you retire a shoe. I don’t actually clean my shoes too often but it works for me so far. Appreciate the you being and fan and showing support for awhile now!! 🙏🏼

I just soak the entire shoes in oxibleach or sodium percarbonate. Looks brand new

also laundrying shoes is still not the best idea
