You’re doing it wrong, at the start of the game, do not take any focuses, save 200 pp, justify on Portugal, then justify on turkey, cancel your justification on Portugal then justify on Portugal again. You kill Portugal for the tungsten, turkey for chromium. Also, if you take Macau and goa you can get collab governments on China and India for basically unlimited manpower for when you go to war with allies. Also if you kill Portugal early enough they go down the fifth empire path and core their African colonies. After this, justify on the Dutch East Indies, they will get guaranteed but you get a CB on the Netherlands as well and they don’t get guaranteed. After this wait until Belgium forms a faction with Luxemburg and their colony and justify on the Congo. They will also get guaranteed but Belgium will not and you will get the all the lowlands for free. You can also get a free poland kill without the allies guaranteeing them by three ways: (its a little tedious as you can only do these around 1942) When the soviets go to war with Poland, justify on them, since they are already at war they won’t get guaranteed. However sometimes (60%) they will get guaranteed Do Molotov-Ribbentrop and get Poland for free even if they get guaranteed (For this to work invite Romania to your faction and kick them) historically eventually Poland will do an alliance with Romania guaranteeing them and since Romania is fascist they won’t get guaranteed, so if you justify on Romania the poles will get called in and you get a free Poland kill. As long as the poles aren’t in the allies.
