I agree and I understand what you mean when you write that you feel like you know them. Out of all the Vloggers, Carol and Chris are the ones I would feel most comfortable to approach if I saw them randomly while traveling. And of course I would have to ask Carol to show me her hair products.😊

Watching you guys from Malaysia 👋 We binge watch your videos every few months to catch up on all your travels. I love how you guys sometimes visit places that are not so much on the "You Tube Trail and you have a slower pace of travel which means you can show more about the places you visit. I also promise not to skip ads anymore 👌 Wishing you both all the best 🌻
P.S. If a viewer watches your videos through a VPN, does mean that TH-cam ads pay out based on the country it seems the viewer is in due to VPN?

    Hi there!!!
In the middle of watching this video now.
Thank you for sharing your experience and information about channel.
We are been watching you for a few years, and thanks to you guys, we visited places and made our vacations unforgettable. It’s all because of your videos. We write down names, areas, countries. Pretty much following your foot steps. It’s soooo helpful !!🙏🏻
You are right. The shorts. Well, they are annoying. They do make people dumb as well, but that’s another subject.
Do not give up on this one!!!!!
There is lots of competition, that is true, but the way you got it- no one else we saw did it better. Honestly.

It is always interesting to see where you are headed to next. It is also impressive to see how you have been able to finance your passion. We are so happy for you. As fellow world travelers, though, we are always curious about how you are able to manage bringing your clothes and equipment with you. Also, the other daily issues like mail, health care, etc. For me, personally, it would be interesting to know more about how you manage some of these areas of full-time travel. Blessings to the two of you and continued safe travels. As long as you are willing to share; we will be with you.

This video just validates how honest you both are , not everyone on TH-cam is this honest . I know some travel vloggers who are clearly adding lots of semi nude footage of themselves in their vlogs to attract more views , which is disgusting and clearly just lining their pockets. Your vlogs are informative about the places you visit which are interesting and helpful and above all honest . Great work !! 👏

I look at you guys and Coco Channel's line "Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication" comes to mind, you're laid-back yet informative and thorough enough to spark our curiosity about the world and the places you visit. What you do might look simple however that's only because of all the work and effort you put into it. Your videos are very wholesome. Many people like that you stay in basic accommodations. Showing the prices is really great, it gives us watching how much you spend daily so we can relate. The tours, sites you show are interesting and most people like them. The fact that Carol is a beautiful woman but you do not sexualize her in your videos is really great. Its nice to see her as just a woman, that's smart and knows how to find venues, etc.... Your doing everything right and your videos are enjoyable to watch. Keep up what you're doing!!

I discovered you guys by accident less than a year ago. Like others on this channel, I’m going to start watching ads because I want you guys to be able to keep producing terrific content. I was looking for videos on Camiguin Island last year to figure some things out and started watching more of your videos. You are my “go to” when I want to discover new travel places for myself and my wife. You two are special and your style is laid back, easy to watch, and very descriptive. Plus as a couple it’s great to see you together. Thank you for what you do. BTW, we did go to Camiguin and really enjoyed ourselves. Where is your home base or do you travel constantly? You ever take a break?

Extremely valuable information Chris and Carol. A lot of creators do not share their earnings or analytics so this was helpful to know.
And who would have thought that a GoPro would be an ideal vlog camera? I Marlon, had difficulty with deciding which camera to use. I could make our videos highly cinematic but I realized it’s not practical to shoot with a heavy mirrorless camera and the stabilization with them is usually pretty bad.
The GoPro is small, inconspicuous, with the perfect image stabilization making it an incredible vlog camera. If it was not for you guys I might have decided against using it for our videos.
And we love watching all your videos and watch them from beginning to end. You guys show places in the simplest format without unnecessary edits and exaggerated cinematography and that is really valuable for subscribers.
And I was going to quit uploading videos but your vids reinspired me to continue just for the fun of it so thanks for the inspiration.
    Cheers mates!

Thank you for being so open and transparent. We are at the start of our TH-cam journey (only 13 videos in) and are trying to juggle travel content creation with full time jobs, so hearing about where you have come from back in 2017 has been very inspiring. The information you have shared on your monetisation and analytics is super helpful. Thanks again.

We have been following you for many years and love the way you present the history, off track locations, accommodations, meals and budget of each country. Your information is very honest and helpful. My husband and I say, " The Kids have a new video out!" and then watch your latest post ;-). I admit that we skipped through the ads but now that we know it helps you by watching them, we'll change our ways. Keep having fun and know we really appreciate your efforts with both travelling and with your editing. It's been great watching you grow through your Channel. Congrats!!

We love your videos as they open doors for us to consider travel to places we know nothing about. Chris: it also halps Carol is so easy to watch. Her being from Brazil is another opportunity as there is a nation of interest to so many of we Americans but know very little about.

Thanks for giving us this information since I'm sure most people wonder about how Creators make money to do what they do. Started watching you both in 2019 and try to watch your latest posts. I'll leave your vids running on my iPad sometimes, while I'm doing other things because I know it helps your revenue. Cheers!

@@JumpingPlaces Super affordable, just stay away from Bucharest unless you like crazy drivers lol!! Constanta on the Black Sea is fun. We spend most of our time in Brasov (in Transylvania) bc my wife is from there. Like most places, the further you stay from the city center, the cheaper it is. When it comes time for you to plan for Romania, don't hesitate to reach out for advice.
