Every day, for the next 100 days, I am walking in the forest in France as a way to build my vitality and reclaim my energy. It's one of my ways of walking my talk, embodying what I value, and finding new avenues to talk with you about energy.
My intention is to build the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of myself. I believe nature shows the way. I am sharing to help keep me accountable, in integrity, and transparent around moving into the next best version of myself. It's what I teach, and I what I live.
