The sirens in the beginning remind me of the "Badenweiler Marsch".

Sirens in "Badenweiler" are the field ambulance sirens, perhaps the fire defence used the same sirens, don't know...

This performance might remind you of the (German) march from Disney's 1938 "Polar Trappers" (which is Jessel's "Parade der Zinnsoldaten"). As I wrote in the description, this song was composed in 1934 for the German fire defence. It has nothing to do with some children's song or a cartoon...
