The saddest film I've ever seen. Thanks for uploading this clip, more people should watch Shame. Tarkovsky's film 'Sacrifice' replays the scenario but allows one man to take the 'sin' upon himself...excellent!
I've seen fifteen Bergman films and this is the only one I don't think is either mediocre or sucks. Thematically, it's quite atypical for him. Good film.
@@vittoriostoraro lol come on man...taste in film is ultimately subjective as with any other art form. I do absolutely love Bergman though and to not at least appreciate his films does kind of seem to me like a person just doesn’t get it. But still

RideFlame Cool parallels, also Time of the Wolf By Haneke does a similar thing.
What astounding contrasts this film has.
Esse cara era um dos maiores artista do cinema se nao o melhor de todos.
Weirdly and criminally underrated Bergman, one of his finest films in my estimation.
Never ageing masterpiece
Excelente fotografia e direção. Uma obra prima de Ingmar Bergman.
Tais Ferreira
Wow ... this is a really strange video to watch if you were expecting Michael Fassbender. Must read the description the next time.
Too bad about the quality. One of his best and most under-discussed films.
this is the most Random scene i ever see in a trailer
Smashing Pumpkins "Shame", with an old movie as the music video.

At least you are able to admit publicly that you have no taste in Film, Why is this one better for you than his other Masterpieces, Explosions?
