那哥魚,在香港叫九棍魚,是做潮州魚蛋的其中重要元素,再加上門鱔魚和另一種魚混合做出來的魚蛋鮮美彈牙,我小時經常吃,非常美味,現在很難吃得到了,都是些味精加麪粉做成魚蛋形的丸子!

老广的味道 好吃，深沪的鱼丸出名的好吃，那个鱼鱼丸，香菇鱼丸，爆浆鱼丸，章鱼鱼丸，拳头母等等，机器做的比不上手工制作好吃
