If you use VRay you can just load the image into a VRay Bitmap (color space set to "None") without processing it in Photoshop. In fact you alter its accuracy when you do that. I assume there are other ways to do it if you don't have VRay, but I haven't figured that out yet.
Earthexplorer (the website in the end of the video) basicaly not downloading specific region u chose but whole aread (pink footstep and green footstep button)? is there is a way to download the region u selected? in my case the area i chose is really small compare to footprint selection, and if to crop it in PS the quality getting really bad
the final result is related to rendering issue which you can find in my recent videos. I explained how to render your scene fast with low or high quality.
Hi Andres, Thanks for your comment. Hmm I downloaded the map from the website I shown in the video. it's better to be edited in Photoshop but if you don't wanna edit that, I guess you need to check the result in 3ds max coz honestly, I didn't check before the edit.
yeah but use a modifier that transforms the model into a bunch of smaller ones. exporting the whole thing in 1 piece to unity and making a game out of it is a bad idea
2:25 you did not explain how you got this greyscale map. …..
hi, he gets it from the website he mentions at around min 8
I was watching your videos today in the morning and then saw the notification :D you are amazing saeed bless you man

Hello sir I'm your huge follower. Your tutorials are really pleasant to watch. Please make a tutorial on exterior rendering.
Hi Rhys, Thanks for your support. sure it's in my schedule.
Can I export this map to unity?
What I think is you can export the object as a .fbx file and then import it in Unity.
