    The ingredients:
    2 pieces / 400 gr puff pastry
    400 grams of cherries
    130g sugar
    30 g corn starch
    50 ml cold water
    500 g cream cheese
    80g powdered sugar
    200 ml cream 33%
    Dab with water

    Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly

    Shape 15×20 cm
