You’ve got ya self a bloody good looking vehicle for everything you need for farm use and your family requirements Tom well done good on ya looks bloody beautiful glad you got eventually your BLUE UTE Thanks for the walk around 😊😊😊😊
One more thing. Being from the US we just dont have vehicles with trays. So I don't see them very often. I think the tray on the Ram looks very good. Far better than the standard bed.
I've had 4 different Rams starting with a 97 model and my last one was a 2015 model. They all were 5.7 Hemi, had gobs of power and decent fuel mileage. When I became a Nissan parts manager I traded my 1 year old Ram in for a 2016 Nissan Titan that looked identical to it with basically the workings inside and out and got the new truck plus $5k in trade difference. Thats because I got the Ram at cost(worked at a dodge dealership at the time) traded it at retail and bought the new Titan at cost also. GREAT truck. Wish I had it now.
I kind of forgot to say why. I was looking at a ranger and then got talking to dad about camping and trips with the kids and how my Ute was going to be the new tow vehicle. The bigger Ute made sense for fitting everything in!
Really liked it looked really nice just one little thing economy petrol not good diesel always a lot better. I have a diesel vehicle with a V6. I think it’s 3.2 something like that. There’s about 100 L fuel tank. I can go out to Kalgoorlie and back in Perth which is 1200 k’s on one tank that’s why I like diesel because of the distances that we travel in Australia especially Western Australia. That’s only thing that I didn’t like about it and loved the dick on the back thought it was really really good. Still trying to remember Mr Tom’s name ends up farming in Ward He was a good friend of my fathers just can’t remember his Christian name. I’m really to wonder whether it be the same person because I think it would’ve been around that time keep the videos coming really enjoy them thank you
Nice mate! 👍🤠

Great harvest = new gear
Petrol over diesel. It sounds like a BEAST!!
Rip a couple of donuts in it 😂 looks like a great rig.
I’ve got the same rig, been very happy with it but make sure you fit the front Mudflaps (stone chips).
Get a LandCruiser 79 series
Why did you walk away from your ranger?🤔😁
I kind of forgot to say why. I was looking at a ranger and then got talking to dad about camping and trips with the kids and how my Ute was going to be the new tow vehicle. The bigger Ute made sense for fitting everything in!
That right rear toolbox is leaking a lot of dust. Tighten it up a bit??
Yer I think I should do that 😂
Nice ute you dident show us the power house.
Go on, how much did it cost to insure :P
What are you doing to get 17l/100km?? I’m getting 14.5/100 in mine. Roof rack, 2” lift, 35’s and bull bar
Heavy right foot 😂
Really, fuel usage is on par with landcruiser's
New gmc 1500 8l/100 km in canada
Whats GBM?
GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) you upgrade the suspension to be able to have more weight on the Ute
@tomsbrookfarm thanks JP.
With that bed on it I would be the legal payload now is about 500lbs. Maybe less?
Nice rig. Ball park cost?
100000 plus
$150,000 plus.
@@peterfalconer-h3k could buy 2 good hiluxs with all the gear last longer
You should keep your old ute for driving in the stubble and for doing the not very nice jobs
No DPF on petrol engines not like diesel’s
Needs some black rims then it will look very nice 🥵

She’s abit flash for a farm rig , I’d have grease on the seat and splash beer on the steering wheel in the first week 😅
Hope it works out for you, I guess climate change just moved a bit closer.
