@kawikaseet5816 Yes, if it was baked, it would have been much better. Radish should have added just before serving. Like the one at Tsui Wan which is so much better, the taste really matches between the radish and the beef brisket - th-cam.com/video/SMVnxxpRRoQ/w-d-xo.html. 😀
