I recently read The Black Witch and really enjoyed it
I love fantasy and adventure books where the characters start as friends and then romance starts to come in and they start flirting or whatever!
It just gives the book something extra!

My favorite fantasy romance taht I have read recently is The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen... sooo good. I think the audiobooks is on audible escapes thingy

You would like Spinning silver by Naomi Novik. And I always recommend Elizabeth Hunters elemental mysteries series sooo excellent. Also Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs.

You need to read the captive prince trilogy. It's mm enemies to lovers fantasy, it's so amazing
absolutely loved the black witch chronicles. the political and racial differences and how elenor has to unlearn everything she was taught and grew up surrounded by ahh so good.
i read the shadows between us and absolutely loved it. do you have any recommendations that are similar to this? or maybe even just books that have the same setting and time period?
can u explain to me why you loved that book? I mean, someone who plans to kill someone to get the power...thats just a bad person and I think the thickest romance cannot cover or change that. Nevermind murdering someone who hast done nothing wrong. Even if she changes her mind during the book, it still stands that she is a bad character. So why would someone like a romance like that? I would think the same if it were the other way around...if a man plans to marry a woman to get her fortune and murder her.....never could that be a romance in my eyes. It would be ok to marry someone for money/influence/titel and when getting to know them, fall in love. But the plan to murder that person...that does not sit well with me.
@@endlessstudent3512 i think it was just the fact that she was an anti-hero kind of character. that’s why i liked it so much, at the time i was looking for a different kind of book. i wanted a change from what most books are, most main characters are always good & want to do the right things, it’s just nice to have a change and read about a morally gray character that doesnt always make the best decisions.
@@hyacinthh6900 I didn't put anyone down. I just asked why she liked it and I explained why I wouldn't. Obviously dazai didn't think it over the top because she simply answered and explained her view No reason for you now to get agressive.
