I remember ice fishing with my grandfather when I was a kid....this would have been the mid to late 80's. I thought it was NEXT LEVEL because he brought a little black and white TV with rabbit ears to catch the channels. And when I say it was small, I mean it was one of those little portable tv's with probably a 5 inch screen. Even with just a radio it was still a good time. He would be amazed if he were still around to see something like this.

Salt and water the fillets after filleting, then put in a ziplock bag and completely cover the fish with water. Then freeze. Make sure the water covers the fish. If you do this, you will have fresh fish each time. The only way to store fish frozen. In my opinion.
