It’s both a blessing and a curse. If no one felt as deeply as we do, just think what a fuster cluck this world would be. All I can say is thank goodness for the love and care and nurturing from water signs.
It’s hard to see the gifts when it’s painful, but to be able to feel so deeply. All parts and sides and highs and lows-it gives so much meaning and richness to the experience of life. But also wth sometimes, I get it !

Feeling the pain, you learn a lot of life lessons from it, learn ways to cope, help others to heal, and gain those wisdoms. If the pain of emotional depth is too much for a person to bare, it's important to find a way to slow down and ask for help.
I feel like one reason we have so much shame is because we are so intuitive and smart. We feel we should have done differently since we “knew” something ahead of time. I feel like many other people can’t see all the details and don’t harp on things the way we do because of our pressure on ourselves to know everything. We end up picking up on things inadvertently and then blame ourselves for not acting accordingly. We get to the bottom of things and we find the truth and we are able to handle the truth. Truth comes with responsibility and we burden ourselves with that sometimes.
It’s amazing when we get to the point of following our intuition even when we know it’s going to hurt like hell. That ascension period is something I call radical mindfulness. Scary manifestation and intuition almost in real time. Hard to handle as a sober person sometimes. The body can only handle so much before it just goes unconscious lol

I am a Scorpio/Scorpio/Scorpio/Aries. I would say at this point I’m a rather ascended Scorpio. I have worked very hard and have had to go through some dire trials to do so. The major problem is the astrologcal positions of the sun and planets are different than their actual astronomical positions(which we know for fact now that we have space telescopes and satellites mapping the universe everyday). The sun is actually in the constellation of Libra during what astrology calls "Scorpio season". We're all being lied to, and Scorpios feel this the most, because in ancient astronomy, Scorpio and Libra were considered one constellation. The constellation of Libra used to be the claws of the scorpion until it was divided into its own constellation for the new roman god Liber. Either way, Scorpios are the most spiritually sensitive and aware since Pluto, the God of the Afterlife, is our ruler. Most of my friends and family are scorpio. Scorpion are good people. They like fairness and justifie. They are emotional people. Many people hate them because of their fairness. Many Scorpion go through a lot of rejection their whole lives. I think that where their emotional increased. It seems the whole world against them, including the spirit of the universe.
Thank you for posting this video. I am with you and feel you on having a Scorpio moon. I have extreme Scorpio placements in my chart: Conjunctions between Sun Moon and Pluto in Scorpio is way too much to handle at times. Hiding and brewing with self is a dark energy response in general. I know one thing about having these aspects, be careful creating stories in your head; especially if you haven't personally brought out in the open and honest with oneself, and then sharing it with others. Stories in your head is not real if not spoken out loud nor shared. You're doing it! However you go about communicating it, as long as it's understood with grace, you're on your way to see the light! well yes you are correct, but also it still isn't as simple as you explain, myself I have 5 plants in Scorpio including sun, rise to put in simple Scorpios feel allot more than they show . the whole I am thing may work for some but for me is actually finding my true self and then staying away from most people that are harmful to Scorpios I think Taoism ways of thought (I am speaking of true Taoist ways and not the offshoots of Taoist ways that most people call Taoist ways of thought.) helped me, plus martial arts that properly teach about energies also helped me understand and connect to most things, , it's hard when I walk into a room and feeling everyone else's emotions and then readying the body language ,sometimes misinterpreting all of this information as having something to do with me when 80% of the time it isn't or if it does its more about none negative things it took me about 40yrs of studying and understanding myself to get it and also to don't overthink and or get stuck in your own head

Somehow never before been with a Scorpio or at least at that time of my life didn't recognize what that meant. I am 35 and just now understanding the truth in astrology. As a Virgo sun, Gemini Moon and Aquarius rising I am in a place in my life where I feel ready to settle down with the right person and I feel like I have met him. I am terrified of hurting him or falling back into old patterns so I am doing everything in my power to be the absolute best version of myself. I don't feel controlled, I feel protected. It's only been a week but I have so much joy (and fear) in thinking about the future. I was hesitant because he is younger than me by about 5 years which is absolutely new to me. My last 10 years of relationship were with Leos (8 then 2) The second being absolutely toxic and at times dangerous.(Me bpd him a narcissist 😅). He's completely unfazed by the fact that I asked him on a date as SOON as I was single, essentially. We've had eyes on each other at work for probably close to a year.. he recalled a moment on New Year's Eve where I snuck him a glass of champagne as the moment he decided he would be interested in approaching me. I suppose he comes off to most as an approachable, because of his enigmatic nature and all but he is so much like my dad (Not a Scorpio, but stoic and quiet but we have a deep understanding of each other regardless). I feel extremely comfortable around this man.. I spent a long time extremely confused which always messed with my sense of reality and sanity. I've been grateful to learn he is prepared to receive all of these aspects of me. In sharing these things with me I can tell he absorbs it and turns it into love for me. I see how important it is now to nurture relationships like these and I hope we can be the people for each other we always deserved ❤. I am stellium Scorpio also currently in Scorpio progressed moon phase, Ive done so much development that I know the drill. Things that would ruin other people I come through its hard but I rise Phoenix style even stronger. Shame is fantastic to address, Scorpio is so shamanic that its facing and moving through societal shame within itself. You nailed it by saying to keep bringing it back to self affirmations to avoid self sabotage. The depths of Scorpio are unfathomable, I am an artist and have done well being one with these energies theyre very powerful. Obvs there are many other placements in the mix to balance out or channel that intensity. Thank you for that little reminder. I am constantly putting my foot in it as it were and complicating relationships with my 'honesty'. It really isn't always the best policy, although there are a lot of people in my life who are immune to my frankness. They don't take me too seriously and that it is a really lovely thing most of the time.

Realised there's the scorpio in the sand, blind stuck, and theres the eagle in the sky, looking down on everything, seeing everything, defending when he see's something worth defending, rescuing someone worth rescuing. Letting go of anything not worth rescuing. I have channeled my energy now into grave restoration and research, it's a positive thing for me with scorpio. Scorpio needs a project or it goes under the sand and becomes blind and someone people don't want to be around because scorpio with it's intuition focuses on people that are not ready, or don't want scorpio's intuitive truth. Scorpio get's upset "shame" because scorpio has done a wonderful thing, but has been rejected. Scorpios I think need to find projects, and they do, they have the most "desire" out of all the signs. I'm just sick and tired of people saying things to me, like "Oh....you're a Scorpio? That's the garbage can of the zodiac...". And worse. Much worse. I've also been accused of being absolutely obsessed with both male and female genitalia, sex in general, etc., entirely based on my Scorpio sun sign and not by anything I've actually said or done. I'm used to being misunderstood, hated, mocked, talked about behind my back, etc., even by my own parents. I'm actually relieved that they're both dead now, so I don't have to be around my extended family anymore, wondering what lies my mother has told about me NOW....I always knew when she did it, too, because of the way they'd all watch me and look at me. Very few people actually know ME and who I really am. That's THEIR loss, not mine; I actually enjoy my solitude, I really do. I'd be perfectly alright if I never had to leave the house again, really.

We go through some deep challenges and difficult situations for sure, but we can be the kindest, most nurturing and loving souls because of it, ie. we can either choose bitterness or learn to have compassion for others due to those experiences, and if we choose compassion we are capable of giving so much to the world in terms of helping others heal. My kids tell me that my gravestone is going to have one word on it, "INTENSE." It has been a powerful and exhausting ride. I get what I want and then don't want it anymore. The only thing that has been easy in my life is my almost 40-year marriage to a Virgo Sun, Scorpio Venus. I had to pull myself out of most of society to address all these influences and go through yet another rebirth. But I found a potential solution that makes sense to me now, and I want to share it with all of you to see if it can work for you. Eckhart Tolle's books, The Power of Now and A New Earth. It resonates so deeply with me, and he adds a lot of solutions to the "how." When I read in the Power of Now that The Budda's definition of enlightenment is "the end of suffering," I could not put the book down. Frankly, reading that book was exhausting, in a good way. Consider reading it and let me know how it resonates with you.

Well, a lot of this stuff is very relatable to all people, not necessarily with Scorpio placements. (I do have a scorpionic placement,, personal planet, but not a luminary).
My son is Scorpio Moon, 11yrs old. I never know how to navigate when he gets in a shame cycle or always putting himself down. It sometimes really worries me but then out of nowhere he bounces right back out of it a few hours or a day later. He gets so deep with his grief, self-hatred and so on over small things sometimes (ex. forgot to turn a lamp off before heading out to the bus stop or something when it was part his must-do list. The more serious the thing the more deeper and intense his mood gets.).
I give you all a clue. I am a Scorpio sun, born 19.11. But i have a weird time of birth, i should of been some kind of entertainer according to my chard. Sometimes i think i was born some days too early. Well, here is the clue: no-one cares. When you start to think if there is one person who really cares, you find out, that you don't have to care. I know it's against our thinking, but once you understand this everything begins to be so much lighter. And after all you can care, but say oh well..what ever you do NO-ONE cares. So stop wasting your time and energy on shame and careing about staff you can't change. Next clue: you are enough. Third clue: life is for living. Enjoy it. Just the way you want. Not everyone is a partyanimal. Some likes to solve problems 😊. Hearing what people think is a bit annoying, but so is snoring., so think this as a anomaly you can't change and live with it. This is how i dropped out of the wheel of this lifetimes problems. I like nature, problem solving and art. I like to sit in cafes and just be part of this universe. I like pretty things. I do what i like and i have stopped worrying.
I think this can also apply to people who have Pluto making aspects to their personal planets. Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio so the Scorpionic themes play out with Pluto placements as well.
Shame and guilt are vibrationally the lowest emitting emotions on the scale. Enlightenment is at 700, and shame is at 20. Shame causes constriction in our thoughts as well as our body and every aspect of our experience. It serves no beneficial purpose, and should be purged from our emotional body as much as possible.
Shame and guilt are man made emotions that do not exist on the timeline in hypnotherapy. They are 2 self conditioned emotions that can often emerge following trauma.
@@healthyquadrants So, am I understanding correctly that they are emotions that are imposed upon a person as a result of trauma or another's judgement? I do think that temporary feelings of guilt can serve a purpose if (and only if) the discomfort of it compels us to behave more in alignment with our integrity. Otherwise, it just causes the erosion of a healthy conscience.

Feeling the pain, you learn a lot of life lessons from it, learn ways to cope, help others to heal, and gain those wisdoms. If the pain of emotional depth is too much for a person to bare, it's important to find a way to slow down and ask for help.

I feel like one reason we have so much shame is because we are so intuitive and smart. We feel we should have done differently since we “knew” something ahead of time. I feel like many other people can’t see all the details and don’t harp on things the way we do because of our pressure on ourselves to know everything. We end up picking up on things inadvertently and then blame ourselves for not acting accordingly. We get to the bottom of things and we find the truth and we are able to handle the truth. Truth comes with responsibility and we burden ourselves with that sometimes.

Spot on! As Scorpios, we feel everything so so deeply. The highs are really high, the lows are really low. Growing up, I had this Garfield (the cat) Scorpio bookmark, it had printed on it "has iron feelings". Many, many years later, I would discover the extent of my Scorpio placements (6 placements). Studying astrology this past year has helped to make me feel validated.

The major problem is the astrologcal positions of the sun and planets are different than their actual astronomical positions(which we know for fact now that we have space telescopes and satellites mapping the universe everyday). I have extreme Scorpio placements in my chart: Conjunctions between Sun Moon and Pluto in Scorpio is way too much to handle at times. Hiding and brewing with self is a dark energy response in general. I know one thing about having these aspects, be careful creating stories in your head; especially if you haven't personally brought out in the open and honest with oneself, and then sharing it with others. Stories in your head is not real if not spoken out loud nor shared.

well yes you are correct, but also it still isn't as simple as you explain, myself I have 5 plants in Scorpio including sun, rise to put in simple Scorpios feel allot more than they show . the whole I am thing may work for some but for me is actually finding my true self and then staying away from most people that are harmful to Scorpios I think Taoism ways of thought (I am speaking of true Taoist ways and not the offshoots of Taoist ways that most people call Taoist ways of thought.) helped me, plus martial arts that properly teach about energies also helped me understand and connect to most things, , it's hard when I walk into a room and feeling everyone else's emotions and then readying the body language ,sometimes misinterpreting all of this information as having something to do with me when 80% of the time it isn't or if it does its more about none negative things it took me about 40yrs of studying and understanding myself to get it and also to don't overthink and or get stuck in your own head

Somehow never before been with a Scorpio or at least at that time of my life didn't recognize what that meant. I am 35 and just now understanding the truth in astrology. As a Virgo sun, Gemini Moon and Aquarius rising I am in a place in my life where I feel ready to settle down with the right person and I feel like I have met him. I am terrified of hurting him or falling back into old patterns so I am doing everything in my power to be the absolute best version of myself. I don't feel controlled, I feel protected. It's only been a week but I have so much joy (and fear) in thinking about the future. I was hesitant because he is younger than me by about 5 years which is absolutely new to me. My last 10 years of relationship were with Leos (8 then 2) The second being absolutely toxic and at times dangerous.(Me bpd him a narcissist 😅).
He's completely unfazed by the fact that I asked him on a date as SOON as I was single, essentially. We've had eyes on each other at work for probably close to a year.. he recalled a moment on New Year's Eve where I snuck him a glass of champagne as the moment he decided he would be interested in approaching me.
I suppose he comes off to most as an approachable, because of his enigmatic nature and all but he is so much like my dad (Not a Scorpio, but stoic and quiet but we have a deep understanding of each other regardless).
I feel extremely comfortable around this man.. I spent a long time extremely confused which always messed with my sense of reality and sanity.
I've been grateful to learn he is prepared to receive all of these aspects of me.
In sharing these things with me I can tell he absorbs it and turns it into love for me. I see how important it is now to nurture relationships like these and I hope we can be the people for each other we always deserved ❤.

Great video thank you. I love how you reframe at the end the gifts of Scorpio and the paradox of transformation. I am stellium Scorpio also currently in Scorpio progressed moon phase, Ive done so much development that I know the drill. Things that would ruin other people I come through its hard but I rise Phoenix style even stronger. Shame is fantastic to address, Scorpio is so shamanic that its facing and moving through societal shame within itself. You nailed it by saying to keep bringing it back to self affirmations to avoid self sabotage. The depths of Scorpio are unfathomable, I am an artist and have done well being one with these energies theyre very powerful. Thank you for that little reminder. I am constantly putting my foot in it as it were and complicating relationships with my 'honesty'. It really isn't always the best policy, although there are a lot of people in my life who are immune to my frankness. They don't take me too seriously and that it is a really lovely thing most of the time.

Realised there's the scorpio in the sand, blind stuck, and theres the eagle in the sky, looking down on everything, seeing everything, defending when he see's something worth defending, rescuing someone worth rescuing. Letting go of anything not worth rescuing. I have channeled my energy now into grave restoration and research, it's a positive thing for me with scorpio. Scorpio needs a project or it goes under the sand and becomes blind and someone people don't want to be around because scorpio with it's intuition focuses on people that are not ready, or don't want scorpio's intuitive truth. Scorpio get's upset "shame" because scorpio has done a wonderful thing, but has been rejected. Scorpios I think need to find projects, and they do, they have the most "desire" out of all the signs. It might take scorpio years to manifest there idea, project, but they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I'm just sick and tired of people saying things to me, like "Oh....you're a Scorpio? That's the garbage can of the zodiac...". And worse. Much worse. I've also been accused of being absolutely obsessed with both male and female genitalia, sex in general, etc., entirely based on my Scorpio sun sign and not by anything I've actually said or done. I'm used to being misunderstood, hated, mocked, talked about behind my back, etc., even by my own parents. I'm actually relieved that they're both dead now, so I don't have to be around my extended family anymore, wondering what lies my mother has told about me NOW....I always knew when she did it, too, because of the way they'd all watch me and look at me. Very few people actually know ME and who I really am. That's THEIR loss, not mine; I actually enjoy my solitude, I really do. I'd be perfectly alright if I never had to leave the house again, really.

Hmm, I'm a Scorpio Sun, Scorpio Mars and Scorpio Pluto, all in 12th house. I've felt so weird all my life. Always lost and suffocating in myself, in my family, in the world around. Sometimes it feels like I'm in one of those swamps that swallow everything that falls in them... and there's nothing to keep me afloat.

I have four planets in Scorpio: Sun, Venus, Mars, and Neptune and Pluto in the first house. It is actually quite painful to be a Scorp. I have to hide out quite a bit but I always come out when I'm ready. A lot of regenerating and analysis goes on.

@astrologybro you're a brilliant young man. Thanks for doing this. From a 61 Y/O Scorpio Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Neptune, (Plus Aries Rising, Taurus Moon). My kids tell me that my gravestone is going to have one word on it, "INTENSE." It has been a powerful and exhausting ride. I get what I want and then don't want it anymore. The only thing that has been easy in my life is my almost 40-year marriage to a Virgo Sun, Scorpio Venus. I had to pull myself out of most of society to address all these influences and go through yet another rebirth. But I found a potential solution that makes sense to me now, and I want to share it with all of you to see if it can work for you. Eckhart Tolle's books, The Power of Now and A New Earth. It resonates so deeply with me, and he adds a lot of solutions to the "how." When I read in the Power of Now that The Budda's definition of enlightenment is "the end of suffering," I could not put the book down. Frankly, reading that book was exhausting, in a good way. Consider reading it and let me know how it resonates with you.

My son is Scorpio Moon, 11yrs old. I never know how to navigate when he gets in a shame cycle or always putting himself down. It sometimes really worries me but then out of nowhere he bounces right back out of it a few hours or a day later. He gets so deep with his grief, self-hatred and so on over small things sometimes (ex. forgot to turn a lamp off before heading out to the bus stop or something when it was part his must-do list. The more serious the thing the more deeper and intense his mood gets.).
As a Scorpio rising I would say help him lighten the mood by changing the subject. We never lose the shame of doing something wrong but we can move on
I give you all a clue. I am a Scorpio sun, born 19.11. But i have a weird time of birth, i should of been some kind of entertainer according to my chard. Sometimes i think i was born some days too early. Well, here is the clue: no-one cares. When you start to think if there is one person who really cares, you find out, that you don't have to care.
I know it's against our thinking, but once you understand this everything begins to be so much lighter. And after all you can care, but say oh well..what ever you do NO-ONE cares. So stop wasting your time and energy on shame and careing about staff you can't change. Next clue: you are enough. Third clue: life is for living. Enjoy it. Just the way you want. Not everyone is a partyanimal. Some likes to solve problems 😊. Hearing what people think is a bit annoying, but so is snoring., so think this as a anomaly you can't change and live with it. This is how i dropped out of the wheel of this lifetimes problems. I like nature, problem solving and art. I like to sit in cafes and just be part of this universe. I like pretty things. I do what i like and i have stopped worrying.

I think this can also apply to people who have Pluto making aspects to their personal planets. Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio so the Scorpionic themes play out with Pluto placements as well.

Shame and guilt are vibrationally the lowest emitting emotions on the scale. Enlightenment is at 700, and shame is at 20.
Shame causes constriction in our thoughts as well as our body and every aspect of our experience. It serves no beneficial purpose, and should be purged from our emotional body as much as possible.

Shame and guilt are man made emotions that do not exist on the timeline in hypnotherapy. They are 2 self conditioned emotions that can often emerge following trauma.
@@healthyquadrants So, am I understanding correctly that they are emotions that are imposed upon a person as a result of trauma or another's judgement?
I do think that temporary feelings of guilt can serve a purpose if (and only if) the discomfort of it compels us to behave more in alignment with our integrity. Otherwise, it just causes the erosion of a healthy conscience.
