I don't doubt that cookie was epic!😛 I'd be curious to know the recipe you used for the buns...any hot cross buns I've ever had, I've never liked. I think the tradition of cross country skiing is so nice! Is this something you or Matt did/do too? I have gone cross country skiing every winter and Easter all my life, but Matt hasn’t had that tradition. Probably because of his British roots, it hasn’t really been a thing they grew up doing 😅 He came skiing with my family after we got together, but he’s still not the biggest fan 😂

Probably the problem is that there is no norwegian Ikea, and that's why everything is 'typical swedish' and not 'typical norwegian' :D

Lamb is definitely traditional here in Ireland, but not in every house. I don't really like lamb that much personally, unless it's covered in mint sauce, which is something we took from the British I think. I'm all about the chocolate though.
