Makar is rated 5 overalls above him in NHL 24. The Makar meat riding is ridiculous, Quinn would put up identical number to Makar if he was on that powerhouse team.
Makar has more goals in one season than hughes does in his career so far lol
Not to even mention all the awards. Just give it up, Makar’s just on a different level.
@@microdocomo Nobody takes in account how good of a position he has been put in to start his career. He's extremely lucky to be playing with some of the highest end talent in the league and on championship roster teams. He may be the best defensemen in the NHL but he's still overated af. The gap between him and 2nd isn't as large as the gape in your ass that you have from him. Quinn would put up the same numbers on an Avs team.
@@microdocomo Hughes playing on a team that has struggled defensively for several years, STILL managed to be the fastest to 200 assists. Hughes also had more points than Makar his first full season, tied Makar in the first 2 full seasons, and currently is only 5 points less than Makar in 4 years with 241 points vs 246 despite playing on a far shittier team especially defensively. Compare the two after this year now that Vancouver has some half decent defencemen.
