That is very normal! As soon as you realize it...bring your awareness back however many times it happens, but don't give up. It will happen less & less everything you meditate! I experienced the same & felt it wasn't working for me & then someone else told me what I'm telling you...the more you practice meditation, the more peace you will find. I kept at it & can tell you from experience that this is true!
