Bullying is bad. A child should learn about diversity(diveristy of cultures, religion, economic statuses, sexuality and gender diversity) and acceptance of diversity. He or she shouldn't have a curriculum to get bullied and just be a victim and forgoing the bullying. Instead they should start inculcating the habit of observing and accepting diversity.
