I keep a bag of Fat wood. In my Truck , my Car , and All of my go bags!!. I'm lucky to have a 20ft. Pine tree in the woods behind my house that is All Fat wood. And it is also dripping with Resin. I've been harvesting from it for almost 30 years !.🙏.
Same. I scraped a bunch of it and have it in little bags to use if ever needed to. But I also live where fatwood is found quite easily if you know what your looking for. Still good to have around at all times
I appreciate that. Have you checked out my music channel? I’m trying to get to 1000 subscribers and I have a few new songs to record and post. youtube.com/@bryanstevensmusic?si=L0syDf3Xk4CjKPBi
Hey Brian, small knives have a place. As a backup knife only, in my opinion. The shorter blades are not bad, the smaller handles make them a little more "dangerous" to use. But, as long as they are not pushed beyond their limits, would be much better than nothing. God bless y'all, and y'all stay safe out there in the testing grounds.
Interesting little knives, and agree they’re ideal as back ups in a pack. As a side, the sheep foot looking blade appeared to have one sharp side to the spine, hence why you got burned! A left hander might have got sparks from it! 😂. Great vid, thanks for sharing!
nice little knives but shame the spines werent sharper. could be made sharp by the end user but the Cold Steel alternative (Super Edge) come with a really nice sharp spine and is one of the best scrapers ive used. i edc one in my cargo pocket lashed to an exotac firerod and it serves me quite well making fires
The Armiger 4 knifes are about as small as I like to go for fixed blade knives because I prefer a 4 finger grip. I don’t mind a shorter blade that will still do most EDC tasks.
I always have trouble starting fire with just fat wood shavings and Ferro rod . I always resort to Cotton Petroleum jelly balls instead! That’s a 1 hitter quitter every single time 😂
They probably come off the same factory line as Cold Steel's various offerings, although not identical clearly inspired by them. I have several Cold Steel models like those, actually quite capable if used within their limitations. Did Mr. Demko create the Cold Steel versions first before parting ways?
I love the background Guitar!. But I wish they would use a,better Steel !. The smaller the knife the better the edge retention should be . Excellent video Sir , as always!. All five Thumbs Up 👍👍👍👍👍 🙏 God Bless America!!!!.
Great and thorough review!

Sweet little knives. You have a wonderful evening and a wonderful week Bryan.

Nice little knives. Pretty handy as an emergency knife in a kit bag, or as a EDC neck knife.
Thanks Bryan...don't think Crocodile Dundee would be too impressed. Maybe he would have stayed tuned in for the Chuck Norris fact.

Great video. You show and review items that nobody else would have. Great job sir.

They look like my old Cold Steel super edge neck knife.
Happy Sharp Saturday Brian, thanks for sharing, YAH bless !
Same to you!
Brian, do you have a CD of you playing guitar? If so how can I get one?
This is the closest I have: youtube.com/@bryanstevensmusic?si=mVY1ZbLd6a4D-hsp

Neat little knives but the eldris is as small of a blade as I go but cool little blades nevertheless

Thanks
Behind a little blade, there has to be a BIG handle... A little knife with a near proportional handle is a pain to work with.
How is this compared to the cold steel mini Pendleton knife?
I don’t know
What? No balance and orientation test?……….Chuck Norris is disappointed…..🤪😘
Sure there was it started at around the 13 minute mark.
They would be great for small emergency kits. Great price compared to the Eldris.
Longer blade more useful than the eldris too.
