Just bought a Chevy ss breaks but I hear i have to drill the hub because I have to use bigger bolts but I see you don’t drill anything ANY RECOMMENDATIONS or part # of bolts you use 🙏🏻
You’re going to have to modify the steering knuckles for the calipers mount. If you do that you could never put your original calipers back on if you ever sell the car and decide to keep the brakes
What is the issue ; where no one has done a rear drum brake to disc conversion for the Gen 1 cruze ? I put Brembos on my front ,drilled disc and pads , desperately want to get rid of the rear drums
I am guessing that included new hubs rotors calipers and pads ? OEM or aftermarket Brembo? I am just wanting rear disc not necessarily neck snapper racers
@@g8beast679 I did they last a long time . There’s other rotors that are on the market that are made very cheap then only last 3 to 6 months these do not
The car sounds sick, LOVE it. The brake bleeding and braking loose the line are great.
This thing was so cool to drive!
Now this is a great way to describe the difference in braking dystems... Well done my friend..liked, subscribed and will be buying....take care

How can I put a brembo kit on my 72 cutlass?
I can make a kit for it. I built a few for my Chevelle's in the past.
I have Camaro brembos can I also use Camaro rotors??
No only some of the Camaro parts fit
Did you cut the dust shields on all 4 wheels?
Not required. Only mod needed is trim about 1/2”-3/4” lip off the rear dust shields.

I have a set up for that. But I’ve been busy and haven’t added it to the site
For Gen 1?
Do you have a parts list?
@@usecom1 I have a kit I can put together. But with everything required it’s like $1,000 so I did t bother offering it.

You mentioned 3 - 6 months of life expectancy on those rotors. Did you mean 3 -6 years?
