Cyber security is fundamentally computer security. Based on my professional experience I would suggest taking computer science in bachelor's and then it will be a good idea to specialize in cyber security by taking on an M.S (info security, cybersecurity, network security e.t.c). Always generalize first and then specialize. Whatever you do in life make sure you are the best in it. In the case of Cyber security, the best hackers, penetration testers, security analysts, and architects are the ones who have in b.s in Computer science or understand computer systems and operations. Cyber is just a marketing word. Cyber security is essentially network security followed by computer security. It's essential to have a good grasp of concepts of networking, programming, and computer architecture which are a part of a computer science degree. Cyber sec skills can be learned and certifications can be earned anywhere. Don't go after fancy terminologies, learn and master the craft and Money will follow you! Stay blessed
