Hisami's theme is a perfect fit for your style, I was eager to see it happen, and it did! You were so quick with this arrangement, and it's so beautiful too, amazing job!
Couldn't fully absorb the new music yet, as i had my final exam of the semester coming up (had it today, went surprisingly decent). I was wondering who you'd start with, though Hisami seems to be the fan favourite thus far, so it makes sense. Personally, I'm really enjoying the inclusion of the Erhu in some of the newer themes quite a bit. My favourites tend to shift a little though, and usually the first theme i enjoy isn't the one that stays my favourite. I'm really excited to catch up on the lore, and give the themes some more time to really unfold. I really like this arrangement of yours a lot, gotta start with listening to it some more.
I just went for my own favourite, didn't know she was already a favourite ah ah! But it's quite early so things might change who knows? The piano never fails to charm me, especially arpeggios, but I'm also very fond of traditional instruments. Can't wait for the game to be translated ^^'
@@silentbirdofgensokyo she's definitely an unique character, though I think there's something about her pose that is a little... awkward? Then again, she seems like an odd character anyway. Not in a bad way, just... Gotta see what story and fandom do with her. As for themes, from the new ones, the two themes featuring Erhu are my top two, with chiyari's theme in 3rd. That one has real classic Touhou vibes. a little mischievous, like Heian alien or something. Doesn't even mean that I don't like Hisami or her theme, just that both characters and themes this time around really resonate with me from the get go ^^
These themes are awesome too! I can totally feel the classic 'chaos vibe' in Chiyari's theme, and I really love it. I appreciate all the new theme a lot already ^^
Like this arrangement, as expected. Love how it sounds so mesmerizing, luring the listener into deep slumber (or in this case, hell). Maybe you can arrange Chiyari's theme, I think it would make one heck of a creepy music box.
