It's showing the "OIL" indicator on the dash and I figure because it's due for the first oil change at 600 miles maybe.... Problem is, I can't get a service appt until MAY!!! I think I might just do the oil & filter change myself. Not sure if that voids the warrenty though..... Otherwise I love it! Did have one instance where while riding and turning left, the bike just died....engine stopped, all electrics were still on, just engine cut off.... Started it right up and went on my way. Never happened again. Good luck with yours! Cheers!

I asked my dealer if doing the first oil change would void the warranty and he said no...with the suggestion that you document the type of oil and filter used as well as the mileage. Maybe taking some pictures of the process couldn't hurt. Since I live about a hundred miles from a dealer, this was good news! Weird about the sudden stall but I've had that happen on a couple BMWs I've owned. Hope it's just a fluke. Fingers crossed I'll be able to pick mine up soon!

Yeah the stall was a one-off and hope it stays as such. I'm impressed with the power. Over the Yamaha Majesty 400 and Honda CTX700 DCT, the AK550 is GREAT! The throttle is something to get used too. Riding with one hand while scratching an itch or whatever will give you a fright on the throttle respose. LOL! The weather here in SW FLA is great and riding all year round. Just put saddle bags on last week and love the look! Thinking to add the rear top case next. Good luck getting yours soon(sooner)! Cheers!
Great tutorial for noobs. Took me ages to get learn it. The only thing you missed was changing from KM to MPH: When showing the ODO on the meter, you press the orange button (I think you might have to hold for 2 secs) to change. I had to do this again after disconnecting the battery. Also, when in gallery mode, you can press the orange button to cycle through up to 6 pictures stored. PS: Notifications doesn't seem to work in the UK properly. You get the icon showing you have a text message, but you can't go to it, even when stopped. The orange button cycles through the regular displays but not the message.
Thank you for sharing. I had problems with just reading the 2022 Kymco AK550 Owners Manual. It wasn’t clear. On the other hand, you were much more clear. Is there a switch, or button to raise or lower the Windshield? I enjoyed watching.

I must say, I do not like or watch GoPro videos at all anymore.....they are terrible!....You get to watch somebody's front fender or mirrors for 10 minutes....or the front tip of a surf board, jet ski, snow ski's or the hood of a car and the asphalt moving by....but your videos I do enjoy only because I have been dreaming about this bike for months.....I wonder now, after looking at it...if the back lumbar support can be taken off completely from the seat? I will look at it this morning....Peace my friend!
Great video. I know other have asked this question before, but what are your camera settings you are using to avoid getting the flicker open your dashboard? I've been doing test with different frame rates, but with no perfect results.
Did the first oil change myself and it was a breeze! BUT, could not get the main oil filter off. I'm thinking of cutting the plastic guard under the main oil filter and re-attaching it with plastic hinges for a quick release access to the filter. That aside, the 2 othere oil filters were easy to remove, clean and replace. I found exactly what everyone else found in one of the filters, some small metal shavings not alot at all. Wiped them off and replaced all as needed and filled it with new oil. "Oil" indicator on the dash is off now. YAY! And other problem is I can't pair my phone with the Noodoe app! Tried it several times, deleted and reinstalled but not pairing. I get a message on my phone "incorrect key code"...but it never asked for a key code!!! Still trying to pair it. Help if you can. Ηθελα να τα δω αυτα, ειδικά το rain mode απο που αλλάζει και πως το δείχνει στην οθονη.Ειναι λιγο πολύπλοκη η ολη ιστορια,θα προτιμούσα να αγοράσω μια εκδοση χωρις το noodoe που κατα πασα πιθανότητα δεν θα χρησιμοποιήσω ποτε,γιατι ουτε smartphone εχω ουτε συμβολαιο αλλα καρτοκινητο.Γενικα με εχει μπερδεψει λιγο το noodoe σε συνδυασμό με το κινητό.

No need to reset, just pair a new phone, when you turn on scooter,on first 10 seconds push the orange button continuously. It will go on pairing mode.

Δεν αλλάζει κάτι στην οθόνη, μόνο τα μπλε τόξα γίνονται καφέ.
