BIHAR WILL REMAIN POOR & BACKWARD DUE TO IRRESPONSIBLE & ILLITERATE VOTERS WHO ARE BLINDLY VOTING ON BASIS OF CASTE, RELIGION, CREED, COMMUNAL, MONEY BASIS.
