The full twirl (also have heard it called the twirl ladder) is a good trick to learn next if you haven't yet! Also, I always read the description, but I also saw what you did to that Vulp at the end 🤪

I just got my zenith today. I upgraded from a boker mini that I got on sale. I picked the zenith for a few reasons. I love the design. I have some flytanium scales on some of my folders and they are fantastic. And lastly because it seems like the consensus is that you grow out of the vulp pretty quickly. With all that said I love the zenith so far. As a beginner that had a cheap Bali to start this is a huge upgrade. Already learned to Chaplin on it in an hour after failing on my old Bali for months.
That's great to hear! I also like the design. It's not perfect but for what it is I think it's a great option and will get you a good ways for a budget. I was also recommended the orion 1.5 which is similarly priced but I haven't checked out yet. Enjoy the zenith!
Another great video! Another win for consistency as well! Now that you licked the Vulp I’m sure everyone will want it even more😂 I want to give the zenith another try now. I only flipped the crusty prototype with trash tolerances at bladeshow and I didn’t really develop an opinion. As I see more vids on it I want to give it a second chance.
Tolerances are def not great but it's also $60 🤷♀️. It does have some interesting balance but it's not bad. I'm currently more inclined to grab this over the vulp, but the vulp has a more familiar handle shape.
Ordered the Zenith. I’ve had the Kershaw Bali for years and haven been but a few times. Getting a trainer will really help me practice more confidently.
The Kershaw lucha is pretty heavy and tough to get comfortable with because of that. The zenith isnt perfect but for $60 is a great trainer to let you do a lot more than the lucha will. Enjoy homie!
So it uses a torx 8 bit which is what you need to tighten it. From there a dab of oil helps to make tolerances better. Was it like that out of the box? I haven't had any issues with mine.
Probably gonna grab one, I got into the hobby with a Vulp and I kinda hate it, lots of people said I was just ass and needed more practice, well I've got some months in, picked up some other balis, and man.... The Vulp kinda sucks(for me). It feels extremely handle biased, is the slipperiest bali I own, and it chaplins by far the worst if at all out of certain tricks. It still succeeded at getting me into the hobby though. I wanna grab the Zenith just because it looks like a unique experience and I like some of the colors, thanks for the review there aren't many talking about this bali.
Hope you enjoy it! Way different feel that a vulp. However if you're looking for something a bit more premium I highly recommend the MachineWise Prysma Pro 🤘
While there might be better options out there I think this is a great choice for the price point and competitive for what it is. It will also allow you to start to identify what your preferences may be 🤘
Honestly, if you want a great trainer that you won't need to upgrade from you should get a MachineWise Prysma or Prysma Pro. These will not leave you wanting more. The zenith is OK and will serve you fine, but you'll out grow it.
No clue! I haven't tried the squiddy Al and you may have a preference different than mine. Very generally speaking I think squid industries products are a little overpriced but they are generally good quality 🤘 I know a lot of people enjoy the squiddy Al and I think the design looks cool I've just never tried one so can't speak to how it performs
i like the squiddy al more than most of my collection that thing is super unique in the best ways possible. zenith is better than the vulp fs tho. Al>zenith>vulp imo

Just got the Flytanium, sadly it has alot of play. Trying to adjust it like any other balison, no screwdriver i own fits. Any tips ? Thanks alot.

I got a zenith and it came with undersized bushings sent it back got another with undersized bushings so idk its liked a 4/10
