Thanks jake you saved me. The eye focus concept worked i can testify to this. Ive been struggling to tell my brain to move and walk normally as Ive been dealing with PT pain on my left knee for 4 years now. The result of failing to ‘’re educate’ my brain, i get muscles tightness everywhere down my leg especially my hips , quads and feet everytime after I walk.
So i guess its sort of like my bodys protection mechanism to compensate my movements with each step i take even when my pain had gone down to 2/10.
everytime I walk now, i fix my eyes to a certain point and when i reach that point, I find another point to look at 😂. Its weird but it works for me.

Love the content man! You continue to put out great info on this channel and your podcast and I really appreciate it! I can confirm 100% that the metronome works (at least for me as this sound highly individual since you went through so many tests and one finally clicked). The metronome reduced my knee pain in a heels elevated squat. Will have to give the eyes up and eyes down queue a try when I squat again tomorrow.
