I like this new Brooke. Not so focused on hitting every beat but just dancing and feeling it. He lost but it was close....props to both...

This battle was so dope! Brook hit his ticks hard and crisp but Hoan musicality is off the chain....hard to beat

wow I have never seen such a popping battle, if either of them won I would have had no complaints, just amazing.
When one's lost the battle,there has no reason about the outcome.
All have to do is just keep moving on and make ur next match even better.

Both were perfect in every way.
if you comment one way or another that one person killed the other, than you need to get your eyes checked. both of them, their concepts, their foundation, groove, musicality. All at such a high level! I'm really glad they called for the extra round. Need it to make a fair decision. Both are insane dancers!

If you're not a professional dancer and have no dance background especially when it comes to popping then you're not the right person to judge! If you say that Hoan is too stiff, that says a lot about your lack of knowledge in the dance world
H Az I kind of agree. Hoan doesnt seem to utilize his torso very well in terms of waving or boogaloo motions.
Dont think I've seen a popper with the musicality of Hoan. Also he's a beast when it comes to the technique. His boogaloo looks really smooth though.

That was fun to watch. I'm not sure how anyone can argue about who won when the crowd decided. I thought it could've gone either way myself. I do recognize that Brooke keeps getting better.

When Brooke told me he lost to hoan, i thought 'yeah i could see that ' because i know hoan is very dope.. But after watching this footage i'm so sure hoan won this.... Well done to both dancers, was a pleasure to watch.
Hoan and Brooke are both dope!! Between both, Hoan will be my favorite still, BUT "I have to give it to Brooke" barely. They BOTH have good get downs and throw downs. A lot of ya don't understand Brooke's GD because he is an all style dancer who incorporates it in his popping. Now there are times where Brooke shake some of his hits yes, but so does Hoan.
It Narrows down to the TIE BREAKER, both brought it even, and narrows down to the simple fact Hoan's beat catch on the "Ay ay ay..." was super basic compared to Brooke. Hoan chilled towards the end(ended a lil weak) which I think can be a slip up when your neck and neck. IMO

I truly can't understand why did they had to go more rounds,clearly Hoan destroyed this guy.
It doesn't matter if his style is more hard or whatever,the only thing that matters is how u affect the crowd and are your pops clean.Hoan is unique with his anomally moves,he is one of the best or perhaps the best in the world!!!

110 to 108 was hella close that was an insane battle they both had amazing moves but overall Hoan had a lot more creativity and hit more of the beats
i really like the arsenal of creative moves broke brings but he really needs to work on his technique its like he spends all his time coming up with new moves or ideas but doesn't have time for everything else. didn't think he should have even made it this far but I'm sure he'll be best in the next one if he works on his technique.

wow that last round was toooo much. both guys killed it. Hoan won 1-3 imo. sharper and his freestyle looked like a rehearsed performance. Brooke was off on that a little in the first rounds and not as sharp in his pops (compared). If the last round was the deciding factor then Brooke won it. That last round Brooke was totally different. brooke reminds me of Hoan. he is rising fast and will only get better. I want to see more of Brooke in the future. And Hoan of course. These guys both are creative and have a lot to offer with each track. Really nice to see that. Great battle.

Brooke's expression to music is clean and novel. Hoan's foundation is stronger and his expression to music is more obvious because of his strong foundation and clean moves. Nevertheless, Hoan's weakness is also really obvious, which is the repetition. If you have watched Hoan before, you would find that his moves are like many small pieces of moves combined together, which makes his moves sometimes even predictable. Because of that, when Hoan sometimes gets stressful about his opponent, he will make the most common and comfortable moves for him, and that leads to a few repetitions. If you pay attention to Brooke's reaction to Hoan, you will find at 11:06 Brooke gestured "3"to Hoan, meaning that he had seen this movement for 3 times in this battle.
Based on those facts, I would say Brooke won this slightly.
