I have been looking for something on the market like this I hate how the other riser make it look broken, I appreciate you making this video i ordered a month ago it just came in installing it later today.
Anyone adding this or any other wing riser, do yourself a favor and pick up some 5/32" Washer Fluid Line/Vacuum hose to extend the line for the rear washer fluid dispenser. Trying to stretch the existing line is super difficult. The factory line has a coupler near the rear fluid dispenser with about 2 inches of hose added to that. Simply replace that 2'" section of hose with about a 4-5" piece to give yourself some workable slack.
1. Do you think blue Loc tite would’ve been overkill for the extension studs? 2. Or firewall rubber plugs for the wholes you covered with tape? 3. Could you have applied some heat (heat gun) to reshape the driver side and match it flush or just one of those things with fiberglass?
Loc tite would be fine if you’re worried about the bolts unthreading. Rubber plugs would be a good upgrade from the electrical tape we used, and adding heat might’ve helped reshape the fiberglass.
I like the look of the gloss ends and the matte center. You don’t really see the center section any way. If price wasn’t an issue I’d say color match the ends and gloss/matte black in the center.
I believe for the options we picked it was $200ish +shipping. Try searching on Google "British pound to US dollar" and it'll bring up a converter. Then you can type in the amount to see what it'll cost in USD.
Great video lads. Just wondering if you guys know anywhere to get the ST spoiler that would fit the standard 2012 model, not ST focus. Looking around everywhere and can’t find any reasonable ones 😩
After purchasing this I’m very displeased with the hex bolts being too long they definitely needed washers and were not supplied the bolts they give you are very junky and strip easily with the correct tool I recomend if you buy this get better hardware from home depot and pick up some washers because it did not fit easily. For a $300+ wing riser you think you would get a little bit better quality of a product.

I just got a 2017 ST and in my little research this is by far the best looking riser.

Did you have any issues of the third brake light harness plug being short?
Didn’t have any issue with the third brake wiring. The rear washer hose could’ve been extended though.

My ST has the same gapping issues with the wing stock, these cars are notorious for uneven body lines
Takes to long to come in... really like it way better then risers and the DIY... and price is a lot ... but it looks so much cleaner ..
the standard version is only to be painted right? and can it be mounted on SE spoiler?
Yes, and I believe it’ll work with the SE spoiler. You could email delta styling to confirm fit and finish for an exact answer.

I’m not sure on that. Others in the comments are saying it works on the SE, but you might want to email Delta Styling to verify.
