Make sure to check your entire Revit window. Sometimes it may appear in the corner of the screen.
Ensure that all three lines are connected, as if there is a gap, you won't be able to see that option.

Why Revit shows "can't regenerate family" every time I try to create a mass, is there anything wrong with Revit 2024?

Make sure the lines are joined. You cannot create mass with separate lines.
