Hold the first bottle between your index and middle finger, then catch the second with your thumb and index finger. Take a bit of practice but its fairly simple.
Dude calm down, he can serve a drink just fine, but I think lot's of people would enjoy just a brief show like that before their drink. It keeps people coming back for more drinks for one, and is entertaining none the less.
@yverodagny his speed round is 1 minute flat making 1 blended drink, 1 shaken, 2 1 liqour, 1 multi liqour and 1 double liqour, with proper procedure, ganish's, glass/ice and with every bottle back in every position........

This is a flair bartending competition, not a bar. No bartender would preform a 2-3 minute routine behind the bar whilst serving a customer. This is a hobby that requires ALOT of skill and practice, don't try to belittle such talent with your demands for a vodka and coke in a hurry.
