Random Number Generation - Pokémon Crystal Randomizer

Random Number Generation (RNG) is a GDQ Hotfix show about randomizers and their communities that takes place every other Tuesday. This show includes a unique feature where the host (Skybilz) relays questions between the runners and twitch chat to provide an interactive experience for everyone. This edition of Random Number Generation aired on September 20th, 2022.

Don't know how long he's been doing it but I've been watching Shen and others for 6 years I think maybe a little longer. Him and a couple of the other runners have been fantastic, not only their game play, but also in their commentary!
To all of those that do this, keep up the Fantastic work and don't stop doing what you love! Thank you for entertaining me cover y'all have helped me get through some seriously dark s***. 🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌

One of my favorite things of Shen as a runner is that there's never a quiet awkward moment, he's very good at vocalizing his thoughts and explaining what he's doing and why or how.

What a cool run! How Shen is able to keep track of all of the warps and item locations is very impressive! Also love to see this game from my childhood mastered to the point that it is broken apart and mastered again lol

Is there some setting he set on the randomizer to let any pokemon learn any HM? I don't think Persian should be able to learn Fly. 7:25
I guess it makes sense for speed and less dead bottle necks, but part of the strategy for me as a casual was figuring out who to teach what HM to. Otherwise you could have anyone be a HM mule.

Every Pokemon can learn any move in this.

I haven't done any of this run myself, but I do know at least in Key Item Randomizers, any pokemon can learn definitely all HMs, and I'm fairly certain TMs too.
