Im just gonna ask here since your videos have activities, i just came back to reboot after a break, my 245 aran is 28k stat and he is kinda meh? Are aran just bad or is it just me ? They look to be doing fine if you look on every tier list i could find , but i struggle with lomien on 28k stat , i also have a cannon master who simply shreds through lomien on 244 (28k stat also) my nodes are pretty much on point , on both of them , and cannon master seems to be doing ok-ish on tier lists but nothing amazing, aran should be better ? you know I had the same thing happen to me on my Adele. at lvl 185 I only had like 80-97k dmg range. by 200 I now have 205k-245k which is some how the same dmg range as my lvl 175 merc ... yet the adele does 3x more damage per line easily... theres something im missing
Probably your Ied by the sound of it. Lotus has 300 Pdr (physical damage reduction) Which means if you only have 80% ied for example, you are missing out on ignoring 20% of their Pdr (which would be 60 since they have 300) So you only deal 40% damage. Also take in account that some IED sources are not shown in the stat window. Like some link skills, 5th job boost nodes bonusses, passive IED on skills, hyper skills boosts. 28k should be plenty! good luck!
@@graftonpoland6725 Range is a really flawed way to look at the game nowadays, because of all the final damage that was introduced and also because a lot of things don't even show up in range, like your Critical damage. Don't compare ranges, you can compare stat to a certain degree, but it still comes down to % damage on the skill itself, your crit rate, critical damage. Also a thing to note is that Adele is a really strong class, with a high base damage. So I'm not that surprised its out damaging your Mechanic, they are relatively weak, but offer different strengths in utility.

trade off of reg server is frezny, reboot gets more final dmg but lacks frenzy to grind levels as well
