Valerie and Alex, the members of VELÜR, have been tirelessly working on their new album for the past six months, rethinking their musical identity. Moving away from Synthwave, they dive into the powerful and raw sound of Dark Synth Rock, challenging their previous boundaries.
Not only the music but also the visual style of the duo has undergone radical changes. Shedding their synthwave helmets, VELÜR presents a new image - strict, dark, with a contrast of black and pink. Black symbolizes heaviness and sorrow, while pink represents love and tenderness.
Despite the transformations, the duo has retained their unique individuality: the double-neck guitar, vibrant appearance, heartfelt lyrics, and Valerie's mesmerizing voice remain VELÜR’s signature. Now their music is enriched with powerful guitar riffs, adding depth and energy to their compositions.
