Thanks Lauren for another great video! I like that you are always changing it up, no boring videos here folks! You know I've been a fan for several years now, this is one of the reasons! People lets tell our friends about this great channel and see Lauren get to 100K subscribers before the end of the year if possible!
Got to watch two videos back-to-back! Wish it was lengthier. Your personality always puts a smile on my face. Thanks for the positive spirit my favorite TH-camr!
That barracuda became your fan that's why he couldn't stop looking at you, unique experience swimming with the turtles, greetings and a big hug Lauren. 🐢💘😁✌
Hi Lauren, what a beautiful vlog again, it always makes me happy when I see the turtles swimming. I was able to experience this in Egypt, the underwater world is so beautiful and sometimes strange. Thanks for sharing, I'm already looking forward to the next movie. Many kind regards from cold and especially wet Belgium. It is raining a lot at the moment. ❤👍👍🇧🇪
All sea creatures, big and small, are so graceful and so amazing to watch and these sea turtles are no exception! Loved the teeny tiny crabs on the beach hauling around their houses on their backs. Thanks for taking me along on this adventure 🤗 Oh, closing in on 100K…early congrats!
I loved everything about this 😊 but in particular, I appreciated the voice overs.. they were very professionally done.. proper cadence and tone.. and filled with interesting information. We appreciate your professionalism Lauren! Thank you ❤
Great video Lauren, the Turtle footage was amazing, loved the info, crazy how friendly they are. Very Cool. Cheers for sharing the video, great entertainment! Dive safe, have fun! 👌🍻🍻🐢P.S That Barracuda - $50 bucks it was a single Boy Barracuda! 🤣🤣
Wonderful video Lauren!! Know? The little crabs that you took in your hands at the beginning of the video and that use a snail as a house, well in Cuba we call them Macao. They are born and then look for a small snail to live in, as they grow larger, they then look for another larger empty snail. It is very difficult to try to get them out of that snail. Only exposing the snail to high temperature. There is a very popular phrase in Cuba that says: "you have to give it a candle like Macao." It is used when someone does not want to leave a place.
Thank you Lauren. Very nice to see a video from you. Double edged sword, getting to swim among such curious turtles, but knowing that's probably due to the fact their behavior has been altered by human contact. I loved all the info you shared too. Love you Lauren, thanks again for sharing your journey with us. ❤🙏
hi lauren great video its pretty amazing that they can hold their breath for hours.i was thinking like 10 or 15 minutes lol.your close to 100,000 subscribers congrats.you make great content!
Thx for the video and sharing your sea turtle experience. The largest sea turtle I’ve ever seen was this past March in Maui. He or she was easily 300 lbs. it was huge. So cool
Great video, the turtles were amazing, once while I was in Hawaii I was able to be in an area where there were quite a few turtles It was definitely worth the trip just to get to swim with them, again great video!
Hey Lauren! It’s been awhile since you posted! Hope all is well! That’s incredible you got to have that experience and interaction with those beautiful sea animals! That barracuda thought you were its next meal haha! Any spear fishing trips in the future?
I fish out of Homestead FL pretty regularly. I see both loggerheads and Hawkeye turtles all the time. I see cayguama y careie mucho. I've never eaten them but those that have tell me they are delicious. So in my opinion we should harvest some . I know. But... Tu Amigo Robert Rojas

I'm sure it would still be available if they had a higher survival and reproductive rate, but it takes so long for them to reach sexual maturity so their numbers declined very quickly once they were targeted for their meat and eggs.
Hi Lauren, just joined this month and going back through almost all available videos . What do I get in your other levels if subscribed upper levels thanks
wow they are so agile in the water, I never realised that having only seen them on TV on the beach. Can I ask why you wear gloves and is that something you would advise?
Yes they're very agile! I only wore my gloves out of habit, but you never know what you're going to come across so it's a good idea to wear them just in case.
Always impressed with your thirst for knowledge, interest and respect for nature, it was a great opportunity for you to pass on some information regarding these magnificent creatures. I always remember Hot chicks, Cool dudes for egg development sexual dimorphism ...... climate change could potentially have a huge impact on future populations. There are many factors that make sea turtles vulnerable to human impact ..... young green turtles have a varied diet which includes jellyfish, if you ever see what the inside of a sea turtles throat looks like you will quickly understand why plastic bags are a particular hazard. Their throats are covered with backward facing papillae (spikes) which they have evolved to help the turtle retain its food when it exudes (spits out) excess water while feeding underwater. Keep up the great videos, cheers
The average number of eggs a sea turtle lays is 120. If eight females lay the average and they all hatch only 1 will survive to maturity. Those little guys are faced with so many challenges.
Thanks!
Thank you so much!!
