The Boyz debuted in December 2017, so they aren't rookies and yes this comeback shows more of a sensual side of them because they mentioned it was something they wanted to try next. All of The Boyz are in their 20's (eldest is 26 and the youngest two are going to be 23 this year); and all of them like to input their ideas into their comebacks and stages. They have a wide variety of concepts from youthful/bubbly to their harder, more mature concepts. The Boyz are often praised for their synchronization, unique stages, and the talent that each individual member has. They struggled a lot coming from an unknown commpany (formerly Cre.Ker Entertainment but merged with another one and reformed as IST Entertainment). They actually mentioned that they were supposed to disband a few years ago, but thanks to their hard work and the fandom's efforts they managed to keep doing music. In Korea, they are actually one of the most popular 4th Gen boy groups. It's just internationally, our fanbase is a bit smaller since before they liked to do softer/more playful concepts more often than other concepts that are popular with the international kpop community. If you want a softer side of them, I suggest maybe "Sweet", "Bloom Bloom", or "Timeless"; and for harder concepts I suggest "Reveal", "No Air", or "Maverick". In case you count members and realize the numbers change sometimes, it's because they originally were 12 but Hyunjun left in 2019 due to an ankle injury that wasn't healing (he's now a soloist/actor/model). Also the youngest member - Eric - took a break for almost all of 2022 for unspecified health reasons and so a lot of the releases from last year didn't have him in it. Eric is now back, so the group is back to being 11. Sorry for the long post. They are my ults and I've been with them since their predebut days, so I'm very fond of them.

They're not very young. They are all in their mid to late 20's I'm also Korean, but Koreans...especially Korean celebrities can't distinguish age, especially those in their 20s and teenagers are really confused.
