Hi Osman, thank you for this exciting content. A friend of mine plans to relocate to Canada (Saint John, New Brunswick) as a student. I would like your advice on getting accommodation and possibly a job upon arrival. Thank you
Hi sir, thank you for this wonderful videos, even though I got to them a year late, 😊 my wife will be studying at nbcc saint John campus and we will be coming with her as I have an open work permit, we also have 3 kids, I've been looking around for apartments can you recommend anything, I'll like to reserve something before we travel.
Thanks a lot for sharing this vedio sir. I need a one-bedroom apartment, how much do I have to pay for that? Can you help me to find housing near NBCC college?
There is no commission, killiam is landlord company that have several rental properties across Canada. We are not spokesman for killiam but they are very big and trustworthy.

Thanks for content... Did you mention about to pay service of NewBrunswick? How come?
Yes, here in NB you have to pay your deposit to Service New Brunswick. Once lease is up you have to claim your deposit back from Service NB, if apartment looks good to Landlord after inspection at the end of lease.
Please i will definitely require your help as i am a total stranger trying to relocate with my family and will require an apartment please can we open up a communication with you on this Rent issue in saint John ?
Hey Thanks for the video, I wanted to know what is the process for renting an apartment with killiam from your home country. Me and my husband will be coming to Saint John at the end of august and I would like to secure a place before leaving.
it might depends to the location and what's included in the rent. If you are willing to share an aprt with someone then it might be around 600-700. otherwise I think one bedroom aprt will be around 900-1000
@@ToCanada_andbeyond Thanks. We will be moving to Saint John soon. Please share the best property agent details who deals with such apartment rentals. Thanks
There are many apartments available in east side and we also live on east side. You should check with Killiam as they have many building in east side. We have to mention this that finding apartment for rent is not easy now as more people are moving in province from bigger cities so market is little tough! It is good choice to live in east side as you are closer to all amenities, schools, buss routes etc.
Thanks a lot for your share. Interesting content. Waiting for more
Thank you so much glad you find it interesting. Please do share with whenever you think will find it useful

Thank you for the video. Is the utilities included in the $1195?
Or it’s separate. It was about $50 a month for us
Make a video about the weather there,
And people survive
Sure thing, stay tuned!
Please video of some other apartment buildings there to get a comparison of cost, location and facilities for new ones.
Sure that's a great comment: as the rent is going really high right now so things are changing fast. We will do our best to find a comparison soon.
