This is a well maintained machine....sounds smooth...arms and bucket linkage looks tight...transmission dose not slam into gear...and hydraulics move well under low rpm....to bad the operator cant handle the bucket at least hes not tearing up tires

Get a full bucket everytime
Loaders always look like they are moving in slow motion
He is tilting the bucket too soon. He should be engaging the pile, then lifting the bucket a metre or so, then driving in further, then tilting the bucket. He is depending on the pile collapsing into the bucket. If the pile were looser, this might work. But as it is, he is running a multi-million $ machine and not using it to capacity. Two full buckets, one either end of the trailers would fill them. As it is, he is only getting three quarter buckets and dumping both of them mostly in the middle, having to scrape some off to allow for the tarps. Someone needs to give this operator a bit of training, surely.
Maybe the operator could run it faster, but until you have trucks queued up, why burn up the tires etc.?

The operator has no clue how to load trailers. With the amount he's spilling off the side he'd be better off to corner the bucket for the back of the trailer and then put his full bucket in the front. Imo
Phil Herbox I think he is doing it for a reason cuz if u look the tarp won’t go over the mound he makes so he spills some over so the driver can put the tarp on. It could also be because it has such a huge bucket
@@DavidKott I've read your comment and it's evident that you don't even understand how wasteful it is for him to put it on and then push it right back off and the fact that that stuff falling off gets in front of the tires and axles and can cause damage. If he was a good operator he would figure out how to load them without empty space in the front and the back and the tarp would cover the load every time.

Obviously you've never operated a loader that big. Its simple 2 buckets, make sure tarp can close. It would take more time messing around than cleaning those tiny spills.

Sorry aber scheint ein unerfahrener Laderfahrer zu sein. So etwas hab ich noch nie gesehen. Über die Ecken die Schaufel füllen und den LKW gleichmäßig zu beladen kennt der nicht. Seid wann schiebt man Ladematerial über die Mulde wieder raus?
Hab ich mir au gedacht. Wenn ich das machen würde täten sie mich aus dem Radlader ziehen u vom Hof jagen.

Ich glaube da fehlt irgendwo Fett in den Gelenken, sollte man als guter Radladerfahrer hören.
Als guter Radladerfahrer sollte au net die Hälfte drüben wieder runterfallen. Da tät mich jeder Kutscher ausm Radlader ziehen
