I work at target and the store manager would never call a random customer. If they found someone messing with packs they would call ap (security) and then let them deal with it. For future reference, the packs have a "H" at the top left corner of the pack. Meaning they're all Hobby packs. Meaning he didnt get them from Target and also why there is a memorabilia card in every pack.

Pack searching is NOT illegal in most cases... As long as he wasn't tampering with the packages.(He might have been since he had a hairdryer I guess to open them) Although it is a lousy way to get cards it is effective. I honestly hate how stupidly easy it is to pack search. I have read up on it and the stupid thing is they don't put dummies in every pack... That's stupid if they put dummies in every pack then it would be much harder to get "hot packs". The companies are too stupid to do it...
How am I an a**hole if I pick up packs, look at them side by side, and pick one? Common sense would dictate that the thicker one has a higher chance of having jersey/patch card. I've gotten a lot of spacer cards, but I've also gotten a lot of patch/auto/jersey cards. You know what, I've also gotten autos from packs that were thin/normal sized.
