We had an early morning flight from London Heathrow (LHR) and wanted a hotel from which we could walk to Terminal 3.
We chose the Hilton Garden Inn, but it is still a bit of a mission! I did a pre-walk the night before to work it out, but I would have appreciated being able to see the walk on a video first, so I help that this helps people who are as neurotic as I am lol
I cut out most of the chat as the background hum was far too annoying.

Is it well directed and well signposted as long as you keep looking for the signs to Terminal 3 ?
It's ok once you get down into underground walkway, as you really just go straight all the way - the only slightly confusing bit is that not all the lifts go to Level -1 and I didn't see any signage up there that helped. As long as you go to the far lifts and get in one that goes to -1, it's OK, if not a little claustrophobic 👍

How long did it take you to walk from the Hilton Garden Inn to Terminal 3?
It was about 15 minutes at 4am when it wasn't too busy - I walk at about 3mph, so figure it's roughly about ½ a mile to ¾ mile walk, but of course you have the travelators going in that direction.
How many steps?😂
None if you use the lift and the escalators 😂😂😂 #fatblokesguidetothegalaxy
