I was to a BMXer in the 90's and was a racer we use to have manual contest at our local track My nickname was the manual king but not nose manuals those are so hard, courage is the manual king🤙
The geometry of the bicycles is different. Shorter chain stays and head tube geometry to favor manuals and nose manuals. None of these riders are hopping my 96 Holmes doing this lol
If he went over the bars he would have lost it all. Doing this incrementally is the right strategy, he can still go back and beat this if he wants to. So can anybody else... no wait probably nobody can. 😂
How is it savage? It doesn't seem dumb or chaotic. It seems organized and controlled, and like it took alot of discipline and mental focus. I don't think the best word to use to describe all this is "savage"
Hell yeah !!! The arm pump & muscle strain used to hold that for that long is intense . Well done Man ! I once did a “ Coaster wheelie “ ( using pedals / rear brake only once up in Wheelie position ) all the way down Montezuma Avenue From San Diego State by Top all the way down to bottom by interstate 8 ( a distance of just about 3/4 mile or maybe a bit more ) and my arms were on fire from holding my weight from falling off over backwards . What you did was probably TWICE as hard …. 😬. 😎👍👍👍
Back in the day I seen R.L. Osborne do these & I learned how to do them , back in 87 88 & 89 we called the nose wheelies . I could do these forwards & backwards for long distances .
I could just about manage 3-4ft hahahaha on coping or whatever, i rode for 20yrs during the 90's and 2000's in taunton hamilton park and skate and ride best rider i ever saw was my mate boff, this vid was nuts.
I once saw a guy wheelie maybe 3kms. .. we were only 17 , maybe 18 .. from the red flats at WW to the stadium ... he only stopped to laugh when we got there...
No man! Dawid Piwowarczyk holds the Guinness World Record for the longest bicycle manual at 823 meters. Google is a thing. Beat the record. Make it official.
I wouldnt have stopped at 400m, I would have pushed the to the extreme limit to make the "record" as hard to beat as possible BUT BUT BUT, there is something odd about breaking records these days - take Armand Duplantis - pole vaulting.. he just add a bit to his record each competetion to get the "new WR" - price money.. This guy has cleared the vault far above the WR .. so, this is a desicions to make more "new wr´s and price money" - than actually setting an unbeatable WR. ( would be hilarius if he gets injured and will never be able to pole vault again.. he would sit home and be sad that he was able to go 10 inch higher easy, but it was never official - and also, a guy who will clear his wr with 1 inch will now have the title "forever" - he would be so sad.. and I would enjoy )
As a BMX'er from the 90's and rider for 20+ years I never thought this would be possible!

WHY DIDN'T HE KEEP GOING !
No man! Dawid Piwowarczyk holds the Guinness World Record for the longest bicycle manual at 823 meters. Google is a thing. Beat the record. Make it official.
Someone doesn't understand the difference between "manual" and "nose manual". Namely, you.
next! 500m?
Should’ve kept it going as long as possible.
The rear tire is just a spare
Has anyone made a pun about him having alot of courage yet?
Epic. Didn’t he beat his own record?
I think this is the same video, they just reposted it a year late.
Only he had the courage to do that!!🤣
That there is AI in real life....SpaceX couldn't even control there thrusters that good to mate with the ISS.
