I'm wondering about the quality of this kit compared to the DeLorean. There were several issues with accuracy (not a big deal), and several issues with quality (VERY big deal). There were screws that didn't fit right, incorrect instructions, parts that broke easily, parts that just didn't fit - and so on. I specifically remember on mine that the engine parts were very loose, and didn't fit together tightly, and at least one of the fold-down wheels kept flopping down on its own. How's your experience with THIS model? I'd appreciate your feedback.
@@thewebexpert3311 You can rest assured this isn't nowhere near as bad the 1:8scale Delorean build. The reason why that build failed was because the manufacturers focused too much on the interior/exterior and not enough the electronic parts. Their was far too many interior/exterior electrical parts their Flux Capacitor was shit the Xmas tree was ajoke +the Blue flux bands we're not very bright. The gullwing doors we're useless/would not stay +their circuitboard wasn't powerful enough forra car with that many electronical exterior/interior parts worst 1:8scale car they ever made😡🤬😩👎
@@thewebexpert3311 The only downside with the Knightrider build is that it's lackiing som interior attention to detail on som of the interior parts. And that's where Jason Stevenson over at Mr Fusions coms in with his excellent 3D printed mods. And i highly reccommend Ian Campbell over at Partwork Upgrades/Mike Lane Mods as well for this build😉👍🤝👏
Loving the build, would love to see this size done in Lego having just finished the Back to the Future Delorean which is about the same size. Fantastic job
The quality of those seats looks much better than the E type Jaguar Agora did previously. Did Mike Lane or anyone else do a mod for the E type seats as they looked disappointingly plastic when the rest of the model looked so good?
In they year 1980 I bort the Kitt model an it was in a mess I paid that time was R250 I had to buy the glue as I open the box it was just parts ect an it came out not so good some one stole It now they cast to much way to high an what I see u can't rush with it lots of electrical wires it look to deficult an to much work it drive me crazy buy well done great job nice it all comes together
One of the things that bugs me about this kit is the fact that the glove box is painted beige. it should be black like the rest of the console. The seat gaps as well. I'd be filling in the gaps and using a flocking on them to make them a bit more realistic. But over all, I am enjoying your build!

I got to say I love your videos and always have, I hope to start doing some of these builds in the future, but I was wondering do any of these subscription things have a cool way to keep and display the magazines? I know some companies used to offer binders but does this company or Agora or others currently offering these send binders?
@@WorldofWayneUK well that kind of sucks, if I do start any of these I may have to look into how to go about displaying or keeping them, thanks for the quick reply.

Brilliant. Just Brilliant. Thanks Wayne.
Such a classic 80s interior.
The car looks very impressive Wayne. I like it and I think the real KITT from the TV show would've appreciated it too.
A very well engineered kit. Thanks for sharing.

I don’t think so
That is so cool!!!
So cool can’t wait to see it all together, btw did you finish the titanic?
Hi buddy on both of your front seats the bases are around the wrong way as the plastic curves the other way

Yes centre console lid should be black
@@rangeroverl322 You can just airbrush it Black or paint it Black with som Tamiya Black acrylic paint🖌⚫
Nice seats but I wouldn’t be happy with those gaps in plastic, are you sure that you’ve not screwed them in too tight? x
Tamiya extra thin cement glue will help to seal up som of those plastic gaps should you com across any😁💁♂️
Am I the only one thinking the glove box needs to be black and is too far back behind the seat? I mean try turning to reach it in the backseat.
