I do understand you SO well!... I'm about the same age, and not particularly a metal fan. Until now! Until I heard Dan's Amazing Grace several months ago! I can't say that I stark enjoying hard metal, but I surely love Dan's metal. I'm always looking for a new cover and/or a new reaction to any oh Dan's works. I just love his voice and his huge talent! I wish him a great future doing what he likes!

Dan nailed it!! I swear -- Dan must have a double set of lungs and a diaphragm made of elastic in order to have the air to carry out those notes like he does. And, like you said, not just to hold the note but to tickle the air and our ears with the little extras that he puts in it. I totally love having a metal singer react to a metal singer. It's so awesome to hear you describe what Dan's doing with his voice. And I love how he's inspiring you to further your training ... that's how Dan learned by watching others do what he wanted to do. So my "love of metal" hell, I mean my toleration of metal is Sabaton and Dan Vasc, the end. Dan does a great job of making me listen to a genere I'd normally NOT listen to. Yes, I LOVE HIS VOICE.

On this one, for example, Dan talks about Luis, the amazing bassist. For those of us who have been following Dan for awhile, it's not a huge loss, but for the new fans, it deprives them of getting to know Dan better.
