Median household income in my city is $80k. Houses start at about $800k. According to your numbers, this is untenable. Locals are priced out, our houses are only trading among out-of-state work-from-homers.

The prices for homes are no longer 150k any where. Those prices were 30 or so yrs ago. And renting are the same price as a mortgage.ugghh (nyc)
