Im a huge fan of Italian American New Yorker Fells, British Horrors... But a deep cut rare headcanon for me is Southern Swaps. Lazy drawl Stretch and peppy Texan Blue are a treasure.
I think UT!Sans would have a kind of New Jersey-ish accent. Horror is good with his accent in the voiced comics. I think Swap would definitely sound a bit southern, kinda get that little drawl Fell would definitely have a New Yorker accent.

BUT he thinks it sounds unprofessional, so he taught himself to speak with a posh Skeletor accent. BUT if you manage to catch him REALLY off guard, like him almost being hit by a car in a crosswalk you'll get a "'EY, I'M WAULKIN' 'ERE!" Before he clears his throat and scolds the driver for being so reckless! Note: This also applies to UF!Pap. But when the Felletons get mad at each other it sounds like a fight between a Theater Kid and Drunk Plumber in a New York Subway.

There's people out there that dislike these designs for trying too hard, but I personally never minded them. If you want to have a alternate version of Sans and Papyrus that strongly dislikes humans you might as well go all in to make their designs as different as possible from their OG counterparts. Making them look as villainous as possible might not be subtle, but it works for the cartoonish vibe that the series is known for.
Sans and Papyrus' voices are amazing and fits the UNDERFELL versions do well. The animation is also amazing and well done. It's very smooth but not that smooth if you know what I mean (And I don't mean that in a negative way) 10/10 video. Keep up the good work and if you make another one, keep up the good work
