I'm still so thrown how this voice is connected to him like seeing him actually talk and hearing that old woman voice is the only thing that convinces me that it is actually him with the voice changer. Hes just that good at acting and embodying a character through and through.

At best they may offer hollow flattery or dull responses to direct personal questions. It’s almost worse though when they do try to interact personally as it’s always awkward and stupid. It’s just impossible to have any sympathy or concern for them. The world would be better without all the many mindless parasites in it

Here's an idea: while he's running the "scan", hold down the backspace button so he can't type any of his scan messages.
There's no way that scammer should have thought grandma was legit, everything installed in 2019, runs xampp, no granny is going to have a personal desktop like that.

More people should share these videos with ESPECIALLY older people. I just went through this with my 94 year old mother and caught it when she wanted me to take her to Macy’s to get the refund card. They “f’d” up her computer when they realized she wasn’t going to call them back with a card number! So, once you give them that remote access, you’re already in the ditch. Then, unless you know how to find and remove what they’ve put on your computer, you have to physically take it in for “cleaning”. Scammers are one of the biggest PITA we have to deal with as far as computer security goes! I wish we knew how many of these a-holes are out there!
